Neal began to cry and squirm in David's arms.
"Ahh your baby's gonna explode!!" Emma yelled waking Carmine and Hook from their restless slumber.
"Shh Emma he's just hungry right now he'll calm down soon though." David tried to reason but a horrifed look crossed Emma's face.
"Now you won't feed him!!! What's wrong with you!!" She asked and David sighed before Carmine stood up slowly.
"Uh David how about Robin, Killian and I take the little boys to the cafeteria , to you know give Emma a break." She whispered and David nodded before gently handing Neal to Carmine , who passed him to Killian.
"Sorry I would carry him if I didn't have crutches." Carmine whispered before limping towards the door Rolland, Henry, Robin, and a very cautious and careful Killian in tow.
David smiled gratefully at the door before he turned back to Emma who looked hazy.
"So Em how're you feeling?" David asked gently and Emma looked at him for a long while before she answered.
"I feel sick. Very sick." She then turned a light shade of green and David quickly grabbed a bucket and placed it under Emma's face and pulled all of her hair back into a loose pony tail. While Emma hurled into the bucket repeatedly.
"Emma are you alright?" he asked cautiously removing the bucket and wiping her face with a damp paper towel.
" I am now." She slurred looking exhausted. "Thanks to you daddy." David looked down in shock wondering if he was hearing things but then Emma slowly leaned forward and rested her head on his shoulder.
David smiled warmly
"You know I love you right?" He asked thinking of the scene with Emma and Red in the bar.
"Of course dad just not as much as Neal." Emma yawned and David turned so he was facing Emma.
"I love you both the same , Emma you're both my world, you mean everything to me!" David gasphed tears shining in his eyes. Emma studied his face again before yawning and slumping onto his shoulder again
"Sure dad whatever you say." She whispered and then her eyes closed and David gently laid her down on the pillow and sat down.
To his amazement Emma reached her hand out and whispered.
"Please don't leave I don't want to be alone." Swiftly David took her hand and gave it a reassuring squeeze.
"I'm here princess and I'm not going anywhere."
