CHAPTER 54 - Breaking barriers

A few days later :-

It's time for Kai and Chanmi to go on their fourth trip in list .  " Though I've already been to Bangkok , I wanted to show you around this beautiful place " Chanmi said as she looked at Kai. 

" So you are basically the tour guide now ? " Hyuka asked and Chanmi nodded with a proud smile. 

As they checked in , they went to their respective rooms and freshened up. Hyuka was already waiting for her down in the dining hall scrolling his phone . " Ohh you are fast " Chanmi said as she came near  and sat facing him.

Hueningkai seemed lost in her eyes , moreover he was happy , that she is finally relieved now . The accident took a huge toll on her , he's happy that she is bouncing back finally.

" Hello Mr ? Am I that pretty ? " Chanmi asked waving her hands infront of him with a chuckle . " Very much , the prettiest girl I have seen in my life " Kai said with a smile , Chanmi blushed not expecting that answer.

" Oh..that made my heart flutter haha " Chanmi said hiding her red face with her hands , Kai smiled at that . " I am happy that I am able to do it " Kai said looking down.

They went to a lot of places and visited the Grand palace in the night .  " Ohhh this looks beautiful , it must have been cool to live as prince and princess , what do you say Hyuka ? " Chanmi asked looking around.

" Very much , we can be eachother's prince and princess too " Hyuka said with a mischievous smile , Chanmi turned back to him with a suspicious look. " What's with you today ? " Chanmi asked laughing.

Hueningkai held her shoulders and made her turn towards him . " I want to say a lot of things , but you hearing them is all matters " Kai said looking into her eyes , Chanmi fixed her gaze on him as well.

" I..will i - " Chanmi was interrupted by another male voice . " Ohhh Hueningkai right ? That's you right ? " A group of three boys asked as they approached them.

Chanmi noticed Hueningkai feeling nervous and looked at the three boys . " Yah answer us , I'm very sure you are Hueningkai , how are you ? You have changed a lot I see " One of the boys tapped Kai's shoulders.

" Hyuka do you know them ? " Chanmi asked slowly , Kai nodded. " I think we should leave now Chanmi " Kai said grabbing her hands and walked away.

" Only his looks changed , he's still the same scaredy cat born to be bullied , look at that loser " A guy said making the other two laugh with him . 

Chanmi was shocked by his statement , she was more shocked to see Hueningkai just walking away without fighting back . " You are right , he can't even defend himself , poor weakling , be a man will you ?  "  A guy teased.

Chanmi reached her peak of patience and stopped walking making Kai stop too . " Yah , they are speaking like this and you are going to just walk away ? " Chanmi asked looking at him who was avoiding her eyes.
