EPILOGUE "Fever dream"
SMITH WAS BROKEN. No human whatsoever should go through what he had endured. No one should experience that never ending pain, that ache in his heart. He had lost his best friend Leo. He lost Nicole, Riley. Lost Clover and Ophelia. He was losing himself little by little.
Evrin had fled the country and moved away to London. After encountering that his boyfriend was the killer he was scarred. Smith talks to Evrin from time to time and its the only thing that keeps him sane.
They found the bodies of Clover and Ophelia side by side, and Evrin had lost it. So had Smith.
They held a funeral for all their dead friends. To value them and their importance in their lives.
That was what broke Evrin. In London he had started to go to a psychiatrist to help with the breakdowns.
The parents were devastated. They had lost their children to 2 maniacs.
Smith was currently in the hospital. He hadnt suffered any fatal injuries but he had broken his arm.
He was sitting outside of the patient room as he did everyday. He had too. Every second is a second she could recover. A second that she could still be in his arms.
Odessa was alive. Alive but in a coma. The doctors said that the falling impact was huge on her body and that she would be in a coma.
His life lost all meaning. His Odessa would be alone in some place unable to look or talk to someone. It pained him how alone he felt. How, with Odessa gone half his heart was numb.
He went inside the room and sat besides her holding her hand. He lived for the way she smelled. He closed his eyes as a tear escaped. And he let it.
He didnt know how to help her. So je just stayed near her.
Suddnely the heart monitor pulsed crazy as Smith shouted for the doctor.
