I was getting bored; this was not exactly the day I was expecting but I had to accept as much. Since that useless of a attorney began to speak, stripping me away from any hope of getting my inheritance I began to try to clear my mind. My usual routine wasn't doing that for me.
Yuji approached me and chuckled as he sat down next to me at the bar. "Got your text, I guess dad's will was not what you expected?"
No shit.
"The old man was a pain in my ass and continues to be so even after dying." I spat as I downed my third drink that night. "Y/n has the keys to what I need. Knowing her though? She won't be giving them up so easily like she would have as children." I started before getting cut off by my oh so active brother.
"Y/n! I haven't seen her in forever. Was she there? How is she doing?" His questions were enough to make my brain rupture. "She's fine. She still looks as weak as ever." I sighed rolling my eyes and going back to coming up with a plan. I had to get those keys. "Did she look at you with those eyes again?"
Yuji chuckled as he called over the bartender and ordered himself a drink.
I glared at him before slamming my hand on the counter. "Does it matter!? All I want from that woman is those damn keys. That old man was so desperate to prove me wrong all the time. I won't fall for it."
"Why do you even want it? It's not like you don't make a fortune already anyways." Yuji started. "Don't you think I know that dunce face? I want it because in the furthest room is something I need."
Yuji hummed before looking away. I gritted my teeth already aware of his expressions when he wanted to say or ask something. "What?" I sneered.
"What exactly are you looking for?"
"Oh, it's just a room filled with papers, and a certain note in the middle that says, "Mind your damn business."
I spat as I turned back to my drink and downed it again. Yuji let out a chuckle before finishing his drink. "Suit yourself. Hey me and my friends are going to go out for lunch tomorrow. Want to join?"
I didn't move from my position.
"Good talk. If you want to though we'll be at the cafe downtown, we could all use some fresh air. Oh, and this is just an idea but why not invite Y/n. If you need those keys so damn bad why not charm her into giving them to you."
"Fuck off."
"Suit yourself. Goodnight." I heard his footsteps as he walked away, and I immediately began thinking about his idea. If I could get her to go out with me. Maybe I could charm her into giving them to me. Not like that would be hard, I am aware of how attractive I am, and I am aware of what she likes...or at least did. No one stays the same for too long, so I guess I was going to just have to learn.

I laid down on the floor as I attempted to fix my already messed up back. This is what I got from slouching all the damn time. I attempted to stand up but my body gave up. Knocking to the door made me glance over before calling out. "Come in- also help whoever it is..."
