Today is the day of the ceremony, and it's crucial for the alternate versions of Ash and Lillie to remain concealed and avoid detection as they can't simply stroll in and join the festivities. They must find a secure location away from prying eyes, especially since Ash has a strategy to counter Serena's plans.

"You're seriously considering taking that potion?" the other Ash blurts out, visibly surprised. "But what if it has adverse effects? You mentioned before that the aphrodisiac is a one-way ticket to madness, and even someone with aura abilities could be affected..."

"That's where you come in," Ash begins. "I need you to create a diversion, causing a significant disturbance to make everyone scatter from the palace. This will prevent Serena from executing her plan. And for the rest of it... Well, I have a capable partner who can assist with that."

"Okay..." the other Ash responds, contemplating the situation. "So, how do we create this distraction? Any ideas?"

"If you're truly another version of me, then you must be skilled with a firearm," Ash reasons. "Here's the plan: You shoot the floor in front of me, and I'll use some ketchup to simulate a fake injury. It will appear as though someone is targeting me, causing panic among the crowd."

"What if I accidentally shoot you instead? I mean, what if something goes wrong, and I end up taking you down? Aren't you worried?" the other Ash asks, horror evident in his tone.

"If you're truly me, you wouldn't make that mistake, right?" Ash counters. "Besides, I'm not going down without a fight. I can handle a few bumps along the way."

After a moment of hesitation, the other Ash decides to trust in Ash's plan. They return to their respective partners, and Ash confides in Alice about the entire situation, seeking her support and understanding.

This evening marks the grand ball at Cameron Palace, drawing a multitude of guests eager to witness Prince Ash's selection of his Crowned Princess.

Queen Ilene addresses the gathering with regal grace, her voice carrying across the ballroom. "As queen, I extend a warm welcome to all of you to the Crowned Prince and Princess ball. Our esteemed Prince Ash Ketchum of Rota will choose his future princess from among the distinguished guests. Let us now greet Ash Ketchum!"

The doors swing open to the melodious strains of music, signaling Ash's entrance. The assembled guests are taken aback, realizing that Ash intends to personally engage in the evening's performance.

"I've been alone with you inside my mind
And in my dreams, I've kissed your lips a thousand times
I sometimes see you pass outside my door
Hello, is it me you're looking for?"

Ash steps into the spotlight, his presence commanding attention. A smile graces his lips as he gazes at each lady, his smile capturing their hearts even before he begins to sing.

"I can see it in your eyes
I can see it in your smile
You're all I've ever wanted
And my arms will open wide
'Cause you know just what to say
And you know just what to do
And I want to tell you so much
I love you..."

As Ash moves gracefully past the mesmerized audience, both girls and boys alike are captivated by his exceptional singing prowess. Each person secretly hopes to be the one Ash is serenading, their hearts fluttering with anticipation and admiration.

Alice and Serena, positioned amidst the spectators, wear contrasting expressions. Serena, catching sight of Ash after a considerable time, is astonished by his noticeable improvement in both singing and dancing. She can't help but wonder about the experiences that shaped him during his time in hiding.
