Chapter seven

"You must be sick upstairs,I have told you I am fine and I hate you okay".he said deep down he didn't really mean it.
  "Please professor".I begged.
"Don't you want to divorce me".he said
  "No".I said calmly.
    "Then be prepared to suffer".he said as he came close to me.
"Please professor, I can't do this with you not now ". I cried and then he stood,he felt pity for her.
"Please don't do this".I cried.
"Leave now".he said calmly and I ran to my room I locked the doors. I was so scared but I had already fallen for him.just then I got a call from French.
"Hey buddy".I said as I wiped my tears.
"Well am back so I will see you at school I missed you so much".He said.
  "Me too,I am really sorry I couldn't come I was busy but not to worry tomorrow we will have fun".I said
  "Are you fine".he said
"Yes am just under the weather bye".I said and ended the call
  Jayden sat quietly in his room he regretted what he did to her,he made her cry and his heart ached.
  "Man I don't know but it has started again she said she liked me and it provoked me."he said to Eric on the phone.
  "Calm down don't do anything stupid okay she is just an innocent girl".Eric said.
  "I know man but I somehow I can't stop myself".he said angrily and Eric  ended the call.              
      I got up early  the next day and I went to school, I had so much fun with Sarah and French after classes. I went home thankfully Jayden wasn't home I was so happy.  I freshened up wore my nightwear and I sat in the sitting room watching cartoon.he came out of his room suddenly,he ignored me and went into the kitchen and then to his room. I felt bad but happy.
   This continued for a two week I was worried. I was about to sleep when the rain began to fall heavily it came with a lot of thunder and lightning.I was so scared I ran to his room.he was sleeping soundly, I  layed  beside him,I was so scared because it was dark I switched on the bedside light. He was still sleeping he looked harmless and I wondered why I fell for him,I slept off.
  Jayden woke up to see me beside him,he had was staring at me till I woke up.
  "Good morning,I am sorry I came here last night I was so scared of the lightening".I said but he kept on staring.
  " you are beautiful".he said
"Thanks".I said smiling
"You know what I think you should start treating me better." He said as he held me close.
  "Professor,I am your student and we haven't wedded in the church".I said
  "You know it's hard to control my emotions when you are around me,I love you it took me so much time to understand this".he said
"Professor,please ".I said
  "It's Jayden but if you don't want this I won't force you".He said calmly he was my husband I can't deny him of his rights.
  "Let's wait till  evening it's too early ."I said
"No my princess I have waited too long for this".he said.
  "Please be careful".I said and we got intimate.
  I woke up feeling pains in my stomach and I saw blood stain on the bed. Jayden came in.
  "You are finally awake".he said coldly.
"Jayden I am in pain".I said calmly.
    "Don't worry you will get used to it since it's your first time".he said with pity,he shouldn't have touched her he didn't knew she was a virgin,he could have been more gentle.
  "Okay but hope we aren't doing this again".I said Curiously.
  "What do you mean".he said
"I don't want to".I said calmly.
  "It's fine dear we won't because I want a divorce". he said as he handed me the papers.
  "What you must be joking,that means you used me" I cried my heart broke
  "We shouldn't have done this it was a mistake, get dressed I have already packed your bags you can leave now when you want to sign it,you know where to find me"he said I was so surprised I didn't bathe I got dressed and I left. I didn't know where else to go I mean I couldn't force him. I rejected his money, and the car.  I left with only my things. I called Sarah and she came to my rescue.
  "How are you feeling now".she said as she came in with a cup of tea.I was having as very bad headache.
  "It's fine,you have cried enough look they are swollen,how can he be so mean after sleeping with you he tells you to leave, I just hate professor Jayden".she said.
  "How did you know that we got intimate, and how do you know professor Jayden is my husband".I said in surprise.
  "I know you where walking strangely I could tell it's your first,it's always painful and every smart person knows you are his wife".she said smiling.
   THREE MONTHS LATER........
  "Jayden you have been miserable since she left".Eric said
  "Man am fine i think I to change environment but I have to finish this semester".he said he loved and missed her.
   "She still hasn't sign them yet".Jayden said
"But can you cope,you really like her". Eric said
"I don't guy so let's change the topic".Jayden said
"You can't deceive me okay I know you".he said.
  I woke up feeling very sick and it has been happening frequently and also I was spitting too,so we went to the hospital.I got the greatest shock.
  "Ma congratulations you are two  months and a week pregnant".the nurse said smiling.
  "Please run the tests again it can't be".I said in shock.but it was only once we did it.
  "Calm down dear you have to tell the father".Sarah said as she hugged me.it came out positive and we left.
I woke up early the next day with so much difficulty, my body ached so much,I was so tired but I had classes.I wore a free long gown and I packed my hair and I went downstairs.
  "Girl you really look pregnant you must be feeling worse now that you now".Sarah said smiling as she ate.
"Take ma,I figured out carrying a cup isn't right take this water bottle instead". Caroline the house keeper said as she handed it to me because it was much better. I ate very little and then we left.
  "So how I think you should tell Jayden about it you know he will see you".she said as she drove into the school's parking lot.
  "It's fine but am really tired".I said and I spat.
"Sorry okay I can see, you didn't even wear make up,  and jewelries".she said and we came out of the car. French was already waiting for us.
  "Awwwn baby girl you look pregnant I have been saying this since you started carrying a cup to spit in".he said as he carried my bag and books from me.
"I am pregnant French"I said
  "Congratulations dear even though the father is a jerk ".he said as he hugged me.
"Thanks".I said smiling.
"I pray it's a girl".Sarah said.
"No it should be a boy".French said, suddenly I felt the urge to vomit. I ran to the ladies restroom and then I came out. They gave me water.
  "Sorry okay now let's go to class we will be late".she said. I sat in the class for 5 hours my legs where swollen,I was so uncomfortable. We had back to back classes.
   I was about to stand up when professor Jayden walked in. Luck wasn't on my side I was sitting at the front. he looked well but he seemed sad,I didn't care less. He taught for a while and I excused myself because I was pressed. I came back he was still teaching.I waited for him to finish the class and I went to his office.I knocked and entered his office he was drinking a cup of coffee and I craved for it.
  "Good afternoon please can I have that".I said and he gave it to me.I drank it all one go.
  "Why are you here and why do you look swollen "he said
"I am pregnant".I said calmly.
"I am not the father".he said coldly.
"You wouldn't admit to it,it's fine".I said and left.
