"I am busy".I said calmly.he was so suprised.
"What do you mean by that". He said calmly I picked up my bag and files.
"Babe I have a meeting with an important client, see you later".I said but then he held my hand.
"Babe please listen to me"he begged.
"I am already behind time okay we will talk later".I said and I left.unfortunately the client requested that I come on site for us to finalize the deal.so I went to took the next available flight.
I came back two days later without calling Jayden I was worried though.As I entered the house I saw that Jayden's right hand was bandaged,he was reading a book.
"Babe hope you are fine".I said as sat close to him
"You are back I missed you". He said as he hugged me.
"Babe how did you get hurt what happened".I said worriedly.
"It's just a little home accident that's all so how was your meeting".He said smiling.
"It was fine am so sorry that I left you, let me go make something for you to eat".I said calmly as I stood up.
"Okay".he said smiling. I went upstairs to my room but my things wasn't there he already moved my things to his room. I showered got dressed and went downstairs.I made spaghetti and chicken sauce.
"Babe please come and eat".I said as I brought the food to the dining table. He came and sat down.i noticed he couldn't use his left hand.
"Don't worry let me feed you".I said as I sat close to him.
"My dear wife is the best".he said smiling.
"Just eat".I said calmly as I fed him.
"I want more juice".he said smiling
"Okay".I said smiling.
We ate and then we decided to watch a movie.
"So babe,how did the meeting go".he said as he rested his head on my laps.
"It was fine I had met with an investor,and he decided to invest in my business".I said smiling
"That's nice,I want an head massage".he said smiling.
"Babe you need to sleep now".I said as I massaged his head.
"This is so nice".he said and he slept off and I slept off too.I woke up later,I cleaned and did the laundry I was making dinner he woke up.I fed him and we went upstairs together.he showered first and I went in.I came out of the bathroom to see that,he wasn't sleeping.
"Babe you should sleep okay am going to the next room".I said smiling.
"No please come".He said smiling I knew he was up to no good.
"No babe don't worry".I said calmly
"Please babe".he said.
"Fine".I said smiling as I joined him on the bed.
"So babe how about we make another baby".He said smiling as he drew me closer to himself.
"Babe please you are injured".I said smiling and then he removed the bandage.
"I am absolutely fine,I just need your attention so back to what we where saying,I want a beautiful girl".He said smiling.
"Stop it,babe".I said smiling.
"I can handle it".he said the rest was history.....
I woke up the next morning early,Jayden was still sleeping he looked so innocent in his sleep,I couldn't stop admiring him.I was about to leave when he held me back.
"You can't leave just yet".he said smiling as he opened his eyes.
"Good morning professor,you know I have to go to work".I said smiling
"Take a break okay please just stay in my arms".he said calmly.I knew he wasn't going to give up easily
"Okay".I said as I laid down.
"I love you".he said smiling.
"Babe not again aren't you tired".I said smiling
"Babe I can't get tired of you".he said and we did it again.
FIVE MONTHS LATER........
"Mum when is dad coming back".daniel Said as I drove.Jayden travelled two weeks ago for a conference.
"Dad will soon be back".I said smiling
"Okay mum".he said smiling I dropped him at school and I went to the shop.I greeted everyone and I went to my office.I had hired more bakers and moved to a bigger place.
I had just finished a meeting with my clients online, then I dozed off. Tasha came in and she woke me up.
"Hey baby girl,what's wrong with you".she said as she tapped me.
"I am fine am just tired".I said lazily.
"Well I got you juice".she said smiling I was about to drink it then I felt nauseous.I ran to the toilet to vomit.
"Girl are you sure you aren't pregnant I have been watching you lately,you have been dozing off frequently and vomiting".Tasha said.
"Tasha am not pregnant okay,it's just stress" .I said calmly I feared pregnancy.
"Okay but I think you should buy a pregnancy test strip on your way home".she said smiling
"There is no way am pregnant".I said calmly.we chatted till afternoon and then I picked Daniel from school we went to the cinema and then we came home.we ate out so there was no need for me to make dinner. Daniel was doing his assignment and I was busy with my laptop when Jayden came in
"Dad".Daniel said as he hugged him.
"My son I missed you a lot".he said I collected the bags from him and I went upstairs I arranged his stuffs and I showered I took the test it came out positive.I felt scared.
I was busy arranging the table when Jayden hugged me from behind.
"I missed you babe,you smell so nice"he said smiling.
"Babe I missed you too but can you let me go".I said calmly. He looked at me in confusion
"What's wrong".he said worriedly.
"Babe,you did this you are the one to blame".I cried he sat me down and he knelt in front of me.
"What did I do". He said calmly as he held my hand.
"You got me pregnant".I cried
"What,babe you are pregnant wait so you mean my baby is growing inside of you".he said happily as he hugged me. I wasn't deeply scared of labour pains. I stayed three days in the hospital before I was able to give birth to Jayden.it was terrible.
"I am scared babe".I cried and he laughed.
"I am really sorry,but I thought you would be more excited than I am".he said smiling.
"Childbirth is hard,I had a terrible experience last time,it was one I couldn't forget".I cried.
"It's fine babe I am with you just trust me okay nothing is going to happen stop crying",he said as he wiped my tears.
"Okay I will stop crying".I said.
"My big baby you look so cute when you cry".he said and he carried me to the bed.
"Goodnight".I said smiling
"Thank you babe".he said as he kissed my cheeks.
"Thank you but you are not getting me pregnant again".I said and he smiled.
"I want three kids".he smiled
"Two is just fine".I said.
"Please".he said
"Okay fine but it's because of you".I said smiling
