A young girl watched with adoration, as her brother and his partner glided across the icy floor. The blades from their shoes against ice being the only sound echoing through the stadium, each considerate pull, turn, twizzle, toss, was adorned with grace. It never ceased to amaze the younger girl, as her brother was simply made for the ice, along with the purple headed girl he's been partnered with since childhood to the point she would honestly call her an older sister.

The story of Horikita Manabu and Tachibana Akane was a beloved narrative by fans of the figure skating sport, as they've been each other's pair from the very start of their careers. They'd met by chance, and something between them just connected, to which everyone could see and feel their undeniable chemistry in the rink. The emotions that followed their movement was sincere as it can get, and would often reach the hearts of many. They both loved what they were doing, just as much as fans like to believe they loved each other. By the age of 17, they had won their first gold medal award from WFSC or ' Worlds ' , held in Milan. It was a remarkable event as it was only Japan's second gold medal win after the last from a nearly two decades before.

But by the next year, an unfortunate event caused the falling out between the two. And since then they never skated together again. Their tale ended, much to their fans' disappointment.

But the younger sister of the male skater, Horikita Suzune, could never erase the image of her brother gliding across the ice.

Listen to the ice, ignore everything else.

Listen to the sound of your blade dancing on its surface; lifting, jumping, landing, and dropping.

Make sure your salchows are perfect, with the right amount of air and spin. Don't over extend that free leg, avoid injury.

Show off your loops, that grace you've practiced over and over. To match his. But don't stray too far from the routine you've practiced, Suzune.

A maiden, at the age of 17, glided across the ice as if it was all she'd ever known. Her postures and balance were exceptional, and had many amazed at her skill at such a young age. The crowd solemnly cheered with each flip and axel Suzune gracefully performed, with an expression that contained her dedication, confidence, and seriousness to her dance. Each of her movement was meticulous and matched accordingly to the rhythm of her song.

The judges exchanged looks of approval towards each other, agreeing that Suzune's performance was quite a similar display close to her brother.

A triple axel and a loop, going in succession, as the song comes to an end. Her last few seconds to perform being spent on a slow almost waltz-like pace around the icy floor, releasing breaths she subconsciously held back, bottling away all the anxiety that ate at her before this day. But now it was replaced with the feeling of relief.
