Chapter 20

For dinner that night Steven told me to get dressed up and meet him down in front of the apartment.

I made my way down and got out front to find him in a suit holding the door open to a nice spots car.

He smiled when he saw me in my dress it hugged all the right places and showed off my slight baby bump.

He grabbed my hand and helped me into the car before getting in and pulling off from the apartment.

He drove for about thirty minutes and stopped in front of a huge building made of glass.

He got out and handed the vale the keys before helping me out and wrapping his arm around my waist and we walked into the building.

We were greeted by a woman who took us to a table in the back an handed us menus.

I looked over the menu and have my order to the waiter as did Steven.

We sat and talked about nonsense until our food got I our table.

Jut as I was about to cut into my delicious looking piece of eggplant Parmesan a woman stepped behind Steven and cleared her throat.

I looked up as did Steven and the color drained from his face as if he had seen a ghost.

"Well Steven don't you look nice" the woman said.

"Hello Rebecca so nice of you to grace us with your presence tonight. Have you met my girlfriend yet I heard you had a great discussion a few months ago." He waves his hand towards me.

I look at the woman who is apparently Rebecca and smile.

"He I'm Angel I have heard so much about you Rebecca. It's nice to finally meet you. So glad to finally put a face to a name. How about you accompany me to the lady's room and we can let the men talk" I smile sweetly up at her.

She shakes her head yes and eyes me as Steven helps me up from my chair.

I walk off as she follows close behind making y way to the bathroom.

Once inside I lock the door and turn to her giving her a murderous look.

She steps closer to me and get inches from my face I take a breath in and her perfume fills my nose causing me to get nauseated.

"I suggest you leave Steven alone he is mine understand little girl." She snaps at me.

I start to laugh and start to rub small circles on my stomach to keep from throwing up on her.

"Oh honey he isn't your man I am with him and in case you haven't noticed I am pregnant with his child. So if that is all you have to say I have food waiting to be eaten and a man that needs some good sex later tonight." I reply back looking in the mirror fixing my lip stick.

She storms off slamming the door and I leave a few minutes later and make my way back to the table.

I sit down and start eating and notice all through dinner Rebecca throwing me dirty looks every time I would touch Steven.

We make it back home and true to my word I gave him some really good sex after convincing him that it wouldn't hurt the baby.

We fell asleep in each others arms as the lights of the city slowly start to fade and go out.
