Bela sat on the couch as tears fell down her eyes and she couldn't stop them.
Why her?
Why her son?
Why her family?
What had they done to suffer all this?
Why did Hriday have to suffer so much?
He sounded so broken!
As if he was done with all these problems!
"Woh dukhi h yaha Mahirji!!uski marzi ke bina usse yaha rakhkr kya fyada?"Bela asked and Mahir sighed and sat down beside his wife.
"Dukhi nhi h,bas upset h thoda Iti aur Aayat ko lekr,obviously uski beti pareshan hogi toh usse bhi takleef hogi!"Mahir said.
"Woh selfish ho raha h papa!"Maahi said still a lil irritated by what Hriday said!
She had seen the endless tears her mother had shed for him!
She had seen the sleepless nights they had spent in search of him!
She had seen their hope getting crushed each time they had a false lead in Hriday's search!
She had seen the pain and sorrow her parents had faced for 23 years!!!
"Selfish nhi ho raha h!bas uski priority uska baccha h,jese ki hamari priority hamara baccha h!"Mahir said calmly.
He knew Maahi was just looking out for them and the whole family after all.
"Jese teri priority hum h na beta?wese hi uski bhi priority h!usmein kuch galat nhi h"Mahir said.
"He just needs some time,ek baar Iti ka yeh school ka issue thik ho jayega na and she will try to settle down with us,he will come around!"Andy said and Mahir nodded at that.
"Woh khud ko zimmedar maan raha h iss sab kuch ke liye!!khud ko blame kr raha h!usse lagta h uski wajah se log khush nhi h!"Bela said as tears kept falling down her eyes.
"That sick family has affected him too much!!"Maahi said with frustration.
And Mahir and Andy agreed with it.
Whatever might have happened with the Rathod's still had an effect on him and that's why he was just being over protective regarding Iti and Aayat.
"Bela,rona toh band karo na tum!I promise mein sab thik kr dunga!Hriday bas abhi emotionally bht high h,ek baar woh shant ho jayega toh thik ho jayega!"Mahir said as he wiped his wife's tears with his thumbs.
"Agar woh nhi mana yaha rahne ke liye toh?"Bela asked with a fear in her heart.
"Trust me,isbaar mein usse hamari zindagi se kahi jaane nhi dunga!"Mahir said and Bela nodded hearing that,she trusted her husband,he would surely keep his promise.
"We need to handle him with utmost care,he hadn't had it easy his whole life,obviously usse hume trust krne mein time toh lagega na?and Maahi bete,you need to calm down as well,I know tumhe hamari hi fikar h,but don't forget jisse tum lad rahi ho na woh bhi family h,chota bhai h tumhara!"Sumitra spoke for the first time after she herself had stopped crying.
"I will keep it in mind dadi,I am sorry"Maahi said then.
"Beta,usse bhi Shivansh aur Aashu jesa hi treat kr"Bela said and Maahi nodded than.
"Now nobody will talk about what happened here a few mins ago,okay?"Andy asked and everyone nodded.
Andy and Sumitra left then towards their room.
