Srida and Anaya were hanging out in her room after having breakfast, also discussing the topics discussed at the breakfast table. Both had freshened up, wearing bunny oversized t-shirts with loose brown boxers. With their hair in loose buns, they lounged lazily on the bed. Srida was reading her "Harry Potter" book series while also asking her best friend silly questions. Anaya was drawing designs in her sketchbook, lying on her stomach on the bed and answering her best friend's nonsensical questions.

"What happened to your first crush, Anaya Madam?" asked Srida, turning the page of the book. She eyed her best friend, who groaned at the question she had asked for the nth time now.

"I'm going to kick your ass out of this bed, Srida!" she exclaimed, throwing an eraser at her, which hit her forehead, making her rub it. "Oww, here I am being considerate about you, and you're here injuring me," she exaggerated, placing her hand dramatically over her heart and falling back.

"Dadi was right; look at yourself. A sexy, hot millionaire with great assets, who wouldn't want to date a lady like you? Also, if you're not interested in your crush, then focus on the blind date guy from yesterday. Yeah, Abhimanyu Jaisingh. Well, he was a man women drooled over," Srida said, clapping her hands dreamily and shamelessly checking out her best friend, while Anaya shook her head, covering her assets with the blanket.

"And I'm not interested in any man to drool over," she said, sitting up straight on the bed.

"Whatever helps you sleep," Srida said, rolling her eyes and turning the next page, getting back into her place.

"I know where you're getting this sudden plan of blind dates and all," her best friend said, eyeing her, causing Srida to freeze. "What plans? There's nothing sudden about this. The topic has been discussed for ages now," Srida said, shaking her head at her bestie.

"Many calls are coming in from Lucknow to this mansion; don't fool me," Anaya said, closing her sketchbook and standing up from the bed. Srida's head snapped towards her at a speed that could surely break a bone if possible.

"Anaya—" Srida tried to say, but she fell silent after hearing the creaking of the door. A small head peeked out of the door; the intruder was cute enough to melt everybody's heart. Two ponytails were braided with colorful ribbons, her raven eyes sparkling with mischief. Her cute button nose and pink, chubby cheeks made her look adorable. Her pink pouty lips were in a pout as she stopped to see the two ladies in front of her. A big smile formed on her pouty lips as she jumped into the room.

"Sriiii, Advit Mamu was asking if you want to watch a movie with us?" she asked, jumping on the bed and sitting on Srida's lap, while Srida and Anaya's off mood lightened as they both smiled at the bundle of happiness in front of them. "Which movie do my angels want to watch?" Srida asked, pinching her chubby cheeks, while the girl poked her tongue out.

"Cars!!" she hyped up, only to receive a smile and nod from both. "Go tell your Mamu to get started with it; we are coming," Anaya said, making Anuradha nod and leave. "Where is Abhi bhai?" Srida asked, to no one in particular, making Anaya shrug. "Let's go," she said, finally moving out of their room to the theater room.
