Emperor's clumsy prince || Kookjin

Chapter 8

Sunlight was peeking inside the emperor's bed chamber as the curtains were not fully closed. Lighting the whole room.

The emperor stirred in his sleep and opened his eyes slowly. He was about to stretch his limbs. But he halted when he felt the weight on top of him. He looked at his chest and saw the adorable prince sleeping soundly.

Jin was glowing in the sunlight. His hot pink lips were open a bit exhaling soft breath. Eyes closed. Eyelashes touching the soft skin. His messy hair was covering the forehead. And with his delicate rosy cheeks he literally was looking like an angel.

Jungkook unconsciously took some time to admire the ethereal prince before him. He then slowly and carefully got up from there in order to not wake the prince up. But not forgetting to place a pillow in his place so the prince could cuddle with it.

Jungkook went to his bathroom to freshen up and shower. After showering when he came back he saw Jin was still sleeping. A maid already prepared his royal robe. He wear it and just when he was about to go Jin stirred in his sleep indicating he was going to wake up.

Jin opened his eyes and blinked a few times to adjust the brightness. His eyes landed on the emperor who was looking at him.

He slowly sat up on the bed rubbing the back of his hand on his eyes and yawning. He then looked at the emperor again while pouting unconsciously.

"Dahyun will be here soon. And you can go back to your room." With that Jungkook left from there to the dinning hall. Jiyeon was already there waiting for him to eat the breakfast.

In the emperor's bed chamber, Jin slowly walked to the bathroom for freshing up. When he came back Dahyun reached there, waiting for him. "Your highness, are you ready to leave for your room or do you want have breakfast first ?" Dahyun asked after bowing respectfully.

"I want to go to my room noona." Jin answered without any delay. He gave his bright smile after his reply.

Dahyun nodded at Jin. "Okay your highness. Let's go." Jin left the emperor palace accompanied by Dahyun. He came back to the concubine palace.

Dahyun prepared his breakfast in his room. And Jin ate at his heart's content.

After eating Jin was sitting lazily on the bed. He was looking outside the window. "Noonaaa." Jin whined at Dahyun. "Yes your highness." Dahyun quickly responded. But Jin didn't said anything.

After sometime of the silent environment Jin again opened his mouth. "Noona.." Jin said this time with a pout. "What is it your highness?" Dahyun replied for the nth time by now.

"I'm bored noona." Jin finally voiced out. "Do you need anything, your highness?'' Dahyun asked coming towards him.

But Jin just pouted. After thinking sometime he spoke again. "Can you show me the palace? Please noona." Jin's eyes were shinning in hope.

How could Dahyun say no?

"Okay your highness, if you want to. Let's go." Dahyun gave a positive smile while nodding. Jin jumped down from the bed out of excitement.

"Slowly, your highness. Don't rush." Dahyun said calming down the exited prince.

Jin and Dahyun walked out of Jin's room. They were walking on the concubine palace. Dahyun was showing him every side of the palace. They came to the end of the garden.

Jin's curious eyes was roaming here to there when he noticed someone in the garden sitting on a chair with a book. He stepped forward to see clearly.

"Ah no, your highness. Don't go." But she was late. Jin was already running toward the man. Dahyun also runned behind Jin.
