"I still don't get why they call him zombie boy. I mean, I get it. He got lost in the woods for a week or something, but why is he a zombie? Because everyone thought he was dead?" Max asks us, completely confused on the situation on what happened with Will last year.

"Yeah, I mean we had a funeral and everything"

"After a week?"

"Well, see, some other kid drowned at the quarry. We thought it was Will because his body was super decomposed" Lucas tries to explain better.

Max stops, so we all stop, "What? Okay that's not funny"

"It's not a joke, all right? It's public knowledge"

"You can ask anyone" I tell Max.

"Except Will because he is really sensitive about it. All right?" I quickly add.

She nods, "Okay"

And we walk off to class.

"The case of Phineas Gage is one of the great medical curiosities of all time. Phineas was a railroad worker in 1848 who had a nightmarish accident. A large iron rod was driven completely through his head" Mr. Clarke draws a line through the picture of the skull.

He continues, "Phineas miraculously survived. He seemed fine. And physically, yes, he was. But his injury resulted in a complete change to his personality. So much so that friends that knew him started referring to him as 'No longer Gage'. At the time, this was know as the American Crowbar Case. Although it wasn't a--" Mr. Clarke is interuptted by the door slamming open.

Dustin runs in, panting, "I am so sorry, Mr. Clarke. Really I'm so sorry. Please continue with the class" Dustin walks over to his seat and sits down, "Don't mind me. Really continue, please. Thanks"

And Mr. Clarke does continue.

Dustin turns to the gang, "we have to meet. All of us. At lunch, AV Club"
"Why?" Mike asks him.
"I have something that you won't believe" we all nod and chime back into the lesson as Dustin whisper shouts to Max.

"Dustin!"
"Yes, my lord?"

"Would you care to join the class now?"
"Please, yes." Dustin goes to grab his textbook.

Once more, Mr. Clarke starts to talk.

Dustin opens the trap doors on his Ghostbusters trap.

A little slimey creature moves around in it.

"His name is d'Artagnan" Dustin picks the creature up into the palm of his hand, "Cute, right?"

"D'Artagnan?" Mike questions Dustin's choice of the name.

"Dart for short"

"And he was in your trash?" Max asks him.
"Forging for food"

Dustin pets Dart.

"You wanna hold him?"
"No, no" Max denies quickly.

"He doesn't bite"
"I don't want to--"

Dustin passes the creature into Max's hands anyway.

"Oh, God, hes slimey"
She passes him to me.

"Oh, my gosh, Ew" I feel the slimey, little creature and instantly don't want him, "Here" I give him to Lucas.
