Manabu presents his farewell speech as Kiyotaka meets with Suzune in the cafeteria where the 3rd years celebrate their Graduation.

Kiyotaka: You have no intention to speak with him?

Suzune: I think I'll leave him be for now. Let him enjoy his time with his Classmates.

Suzune- This is the first time Brother and I have been this close since I was 10 and he's already graduating. It's all so sudden. I really don't want him to go.

Suzune: You?

Kiyotaka: I think I'll stick around a bit longer.

Suzune: Alright. I'll see you at 6:00 pm tomorrow. Don't be late.

Kiyotaka: I won't be late.

Suzune left.

Kiyotaka met with Manabu.

Manabu: I see you haven't reclaimed your Class A position.

Kiyotaka: You don't intend to make me forfeit my position do you?

Manabu: Of course not. I see Suzune has left already.

Kiyotaka: She wanted you to have this moment with your classmates.

Manabu: I see.

Kiyotaka: She seemed concerned as well. It seems she doesn't want you to graduate yet.

Manabu: It's inevitable. Though I enjoyed my time here even more while Suzune was here. Since you were here.

Kiyotaka: I'm glad Manabu-Senpai.

Manabu: I've graduated. I'm now just Manabu.

Kiyotaka: I'm glad Manabu.

Manabu: I have one last favour to ask before I leave school. Tell Suzune I'll be waiting at the school gates for her at noon.

Kiyotaka: I will.

—————————————————————————————————————

Manabu arrived at the gates to see Kiyotaka waiting.

Kiyotaka: Manabu. You've arrived.

Manabu: She's not here huh?

Kiyotaka: Give her some time. She still has 10 minutes.

Manabu: Kiyotaka. I'm fully entrusting you with her these next 2 years. Keep her safe.

Kiyotaka: I will.

Manabu: I implore you not to involve her in your past.

Kiyotaka puts on a stronger expression.

Kiyotaka: Definitely not.

Manabu: I'm glad you take it so seriously.

Kiyotaka: May I say something?

Manabu: What is it?

Kiyotaka: I feel the same as Suzune. Seeing you leave is quite jarring.

Manabu: ? Why is that?

Kiyotaka: For so long I've never met anyone I could respect. And then you came along. This place will not feel the same without you.

Manabu smiles and offers his hand and Kiyotaka shakes it.
