It was now summer break from school all the kids went home for the summer. Bucky was in depressed mode ever since Lia rejected him twice.
He moped around the house especially if he overheard Janiva talking to her on the phone. He got even more depressed when Janiva left for a whole month to go with Carol Bobbi and Lena to Lia's house.
