Chapter 22: shadow

Jake had introduced me to the whole pack, blossem to but she walked of into the forest. I figured she needed some alone time.

I ended hanging out with Seth, he was telling me about what it's like to be a wolf.

"It's amazing, feeling the power of another animal. I'm sure you would love it." He looked at the ground, I smiled.

"I wish I could, but isn't Leah the only female wolf?" He nodded. then looked at me. "but we don't know if other girls could shift too," I set my hand on his shoulder.

He smiled, I stared at him for a second then looked at the water. "want to go for a swim?" I asked, he nodded.

"Sure," he jumped up and we ran to the water, I jumped in wearing my shirt and shorts. he swam over to me wrapping a hand around my waist.

I pulled away slightly then changed my mind, it's not like soul would ever now.

He pulled me a bit closer, I smiled. then he went under the water, I felt hands on my legs. then I shot up out of the water.

I was sitting on seths shoulders, he laughed with me. "hey there," it was jakes voice. I pushed myself of of his shoulders.

"Hey," I said smiling at him, he looked at seth. I remembered the wolf telepathy.

Seth shook his head, and jake laughed. after about another ten minuets of swimming we got out and made a fire, blossem still not back yet.

Seth gave me his jacket and I snuck into the forest.
