I told the crew member to take us to aro, he ran of and the boat started up. blossem turned toward the direction the boat was going.

I walked up to her and put a arm around her, she shivered. I forgot how cold I was compared to her.

I pulled my black coat off and put it on her, she smiled. "Thanks Alec, how long does it take to get there?" She wrapped her arms up in the cloak.

"At this rate a couple of months, but there's a helicopter waiting for us." I pointed to the horizon the sun going down. "when the sun is down, that's when it will come and get us."

She looked at me then to the sun, she grabbed my arms. knowing that in reality she could never pull me I walked with her.

She walked toward a patch of sun, I saw one of the crew members take a step towards me. I have him a cold glare and he walked off.

Normally vampires of the voltiri don't like showing off their skin, aro says it proves our ability to hide if we can stay away from the light.

But something about this girl told me I could do this, I could come out of the dark for her.

We stopped in front of the sun looking at me, she let go of my arms. "Alec, show me." she pointed toward the sun patch.

I took a deep breath, mowing that this is not what aro wanted. I stepped into the light.

Her jaw dropped, she looked at my face. lifting her hand to touch the sparkling.

Her warm hands softly brushed my cheeks, I felt a small flutter in my stomach.

"It's so beautiful, the way your skin looks like thousands of glass," she looked into my eyes then pulled her hand away.

Then the sun was gone, we were standing in the dark. I smiled at her words, she's not like the other girls.

She's sweet and happy, and not a vampire. she turned her head to look at the landing chopper.

I took her hand and pulled her towards the air craft, she hopped into it as did I. we sat down, I heard the clearing of a throat and turned to see my sister jane.

"Jane, this is blossem." she glanced at her, I could tell she was on the verge of using her power.

"A friend of mine, she is coming to meet aro." she turned to me, smiling.

"Very well, we shall see what aro thinks of her," she turned and sat in the co-pilots seat.
