Y/N's POV
Juliette and I arrived at the concert a few minutes late. We quickly dash through the stadium to get to the pit so Juliette can get a good view of the band. I don't care about concerts or music whatsoever, I don't even know the lead singer, his name is Gerald Gay or something I don't know. Juliette is shaking from excitement and jumping up and down.
"I can't believe we didn't miss them! Too bad we didn't get to see the opening band" she exclaimed.
"Nobody ever likes the opening band, it doesn't matter that we missed them," I say as I tuck my hair behind my ear and start to crack open my new book.
The pit is so crowded we can barely see the stage so we push through to the front so Juliette can get a good look. As we make our way through I catch people glimpsing at me and my beautiful amber orbs. I've always had people gawk at me because of my "natural beauty" but I've never wanted that attention, I'd rather stay home and eat pizza.
The lights slowly dim just low enough only to illuminate the stage but bright enough that I can still read my book. I have no clue how Juliette got me to come with her, this is so ridiculous.
The band begins to make their way to the stage and Gerald welcomes the crowd for coming as his bandmates tune their instruments in the background.
I could barely pay attention to the band as hundreds of girls including Juliette began to scream. I don't get why these girls are so obsessed with these greasy ass men.
Gerald and his bandmates begin to play one of their hit songs (I don't know which) and I instantly begin to drown them out.
Gerard's POV
Ray, Mikey, Frank, our touring drummer (wolves ate Bob), and I began to play Demolition Lovers. From right below me in front of the barricades, a certain girl with amber eyes and gorgeous chestnut brown locks catches my eye as she reads a book and pays no attention to us. She also catches Frank's eyes (how dare he), and we share a look. I've never seen such a quirky girl in my life and Frank and I know exactly what we have to do to keep her in our lives.
