" This should work " Karma seals Cain with the new angel technique that kept him from moving " Now for his phone " he scrolls through the text putting his dinner subscription in the living room as he eats while reading what Cain does .

" Oh a drug formula " he drinks some water feeling like he needs to eat healthy " A new formula from Godfather , thought he was dead but then again "

He reads the text "Boss's order : infiltrate and act as Karma's bodyguard" "And what should I report and how ?" "Talk through the phone but avoid doing it in front of Karma we will handle hiding it"

' His phone is connected to a bank account for money , their money laundering isn't here either must be several tiny stores '

' Some operating drug cartels , declining money counterfeit , art forgery , banned book libraries he did a lot of guarding no wonder Godfather had a lot of money as for money laundering ' Karma was surprised to see .

" Casino ? " Karma smirked " Oh ho I remember being so good at gambling too plus I might like it let's see it's pretty dark right now I won't get sleep but " the thought of taking all the money from his problematic enemy .

" Kaha it'll be so fun " he quickly purified his dopamine with the halo " Oh but then again it's super risky , Casinos' are usually rigged like crazy and this is if it's a legal but dangerously addictive business and if it's the one that is used to laundry money then it is surely more rigged to ensure that some people get their clean money . "

Karma looks at the time ' As much as I like to gamble I have to sleep soon and get my check-up tomorrow ' Karma sighs " Moreover I can't even eat anything for the blood test this is so disappointing "

Karma sighed as he canceled his breakfast delivery for tomorrow " Yawn , Ember are you fine with resting here ? " Karma put a yes or no candle just to help "Yes"

" Okay and I really have to look into how , maybe I can use my halo you can disguise yourself as fire I made " he joked but figured he'd rather keep the promise keepers a secret because their nature was complicated .

' I was able to manifest the promise keeper of truth so that seems troublesome , If I accidentally manifested another abstract concept promise keeper like evolution I might cause something like a grand evolution age . '

He turns to Truth and cleans the book and asks " You need anything ? " "No I'm fine with just staying on the table" " Okay that phone I promised has overnight delivery so look forward to it and rest well "

Karma yawns as he finishes his warm bath and falls into his comfy bed and falls asleep .

" Now for your bedtime , it will be the story of fire , When humans discovered fire it was by the thunder nobody had acknowledged it yet because the fire was always extinguished as soon as it was lit during the thunderstorms when it had rained "

Gale had asked for the advice of some teenagers on preferred times for stories " When a human saw the magnificent fire burning as soon as thunder struck a tree in a rainless night they were intrigued to see the fire laying waste afraid of it and thought of fire as an animal and thus acknowledging it as a being a person and a predator "

" But the fire was alive and died too many times as soon as it was set ablaze again they spared the human after seeing themselves in them and so they didn't spread further to spare them "

" What did the human do ? " " They ran and told the tale of their near-death it wasn't until someone rediscovered it that they learned to cook then they worshipped fire as a purifier of illness "

" Is that why angels use that for purifying sins ? " Gale paused for a moment as if to realize something " So that's what Ember said about being used to burn sins but I'm not sure , but I did hear a lot about proof that fire is just killing the bacteria or in other words disease in some food because it was really hot and it makes some tastier because bacteria isn't tasty "
