We went upstairs and he put on a pair of slacks and a white button up. It wasn't exactly an Oxford but close to it, rolled up at his sleeves. It was perfect on his muscular arms. "Are those pants new?" I asked him as I put on a turtleneck sleeveless dress and high heels.

"Yes. The shirt too. I have a fancy girlfriend. I thought I would spend slightly more on clothes." That reminded me of what he said about his finances.

"Erik, love, umm is it normal for a pack member to give half their income to the pack?"

"I don't really know. We have dues to keep up the pack house. Usually seven percent of the jobs we get through them. If you're not getting jobs through them then it's just the grand a year for the house and whatever you want to give,"

"You have to stop, you know that right? You're going to be in charge and you wouldn't do this to someone. While he is doing the job thing, you're the one giving him control over your finances."

"I know. I'm going to do better. We have a future. I have to prepare for it."

Dinner was awkward at first. The Mikaelson's were on one side of the table, with Elijah at one head. There was Morgan sitting next to Kol, then Monique and Davina on one side. I sat at the other head of the table, though I offered the spot to both Grams and Morgan. Grams wanted to watch Lucy with Elijah. I don't know why. Plus I did remember Kol and Morgan had met before. "Morgan you've been naughty. It's been so long... about..."

"Eight hundred years, yes."

"You never mentioned you were immortal. Or did that happen afterwards?"

"I was born immortal."

"Impossible." Kol said.

"Obviously not," she commented as they served the first course, a cranberry goat cheese and cracker plate. Monique and Davina were on their phones and Erik and Vincent were talking to each other. Which just left me to watch what was happening. I enjoyed watching everyone interact. Even the Mikaelsons which I knew to be quite the dysfunctional but very loving family. Elijah and Finn were getting along a lot better than they ever had. Rebekah and Freya looked deep in conversation.

"You know each other?" Klaus asked Kol.

"Yes,I met Morgan in the early 13th century. Right after we left France. She was running a coven of witches in the mountains. I had heard of how powerful they were and wanted to learn from them."

"You wanted to kill us and take our grimoires and cursed objects."

"Yes well you all taught me quite the lesson. Had me on my arse in seconds. It was really a shame, Nik. I, an Original vampire, taken down by a hoard of witches. I still don't know why you let me go."

"You had a part to play. We all do."

"Yes of course."

"You claim to be older than us, Miss..."

"Le Fey. Morgan Le Fey," Elijah cleared his throat.

"Like the enchantress sister in King Arthur's court?" Elijah asked.

"One in the same."

"Excuse me if I find that hard to believe." Klaus snapped.

"Thankfully it is not my job to prove my identity." I looked down the table to see Elijah staring at me in amazement.

"Amour, how did you find her?"

"I drove up to her house and walked right in." I said with a clever smile. Everyone stopped and Erik grinned at me.

"And what brings you together?"

"Amour is even more powerful than me. I couldn't wait to begin teaching her all that I know." The compelled staff removed the first course and a new set of people placed a salad in front of us.
