"What do you want now?"

I look at him with an annoyed look on my face. "Why are you following me Luciano?" I ask him still clearly pissed at him for being a creep.

He smirks at me and walks closer to me as my back hits the sink. I grip the sink and he gets closer to my face. We aren't even 3 inches apart.

I can't handle this. I'm holding my breath waiting for him to make another move but he finally leans back away from me. I let out a deep breath. "I know I make you nervous Yesenia. Don't hide it." He says while his fingers come up to my face as he glides the tips of his fingers across my cheek. My breath hitches as I feel the warmth of his fingers on my winter skin. He brings his hand down and turns away and walks out leaving me alone. Thank god.

After finishing my business I was out of the bathroom and start to make my way outside of the house.

I look around and spot Alejandro. He glanves my way and makes his way towards me. Fuck.

"Yesenia what are you doing? I told you to stay next to me." he says with a low voice and his finger in my face. "I don't want to be around you and your bros Ale. Get over it. I am perfectly fine see? I have been with Maddie the whole time I just went to the bathroom." He shrugs his shoulder and roll his eyes before walking away to go inside.

I look around and I still can't find Maddie. She probably forgot about me. I shrug when I can't find her and sit on a char near the pool.

"What is a pretty girl like you doing alone at a party?" I look to see a guy who had brown curls and blue eyes. I shrug "My friend left me I guess." I say sighing before looking down at my hands. He sits down next to me and looks at me. "Well, can I get you a drink?" I look up at him and he looks very hopeful and confident. "Oh well I don't dr- you know what yea, sure." He smiles at me before standing up and handing out his hand. I take it at walk with him inside.

"Ryan buddy! I will take 2 tequila shots and whatever this pretty lady is having." He says to the same shirtless guy that was behind the bar. "Oh um I will just get the same thing as him." Ryan nodded and poured our drinks.

I look down at these shots and cringe. I only had alcohol a couple times but never got drunk. "So I never asked your name." he says as he looks at me. "Oh I am Yesenia. I am a freshman." I chuckle nervously and he smiles wider. "Wow a pretty name for a pretty lady. I'm Darren." He says holding up his shot for me to cheers. I look down at my shot and sigh. I grab it and cheers him.

I down the shot even though I almost chocked and died. I cringe my face and cough slightly. Darren chuckles and raises his other shot to me. I look at him with wide eyes. But I shrug and grab the other shot and cheers him before taking it.

That was worse than the first time.

I cough again and cringe at the alcohol taste. "Why does alcohol have to be so gross?" I giggle and furrow my eyebrows. Darren shrugs and chuckles at my words.

A whole hour of past and me and Darren talking. I took 2 more shots and was feeling really dizzy. But it was fun. He was actually very nice considering he was a frat boy. I was about to speak again when my phone started to buzz.

I look at my phone and see it is Alejandro calling. I hold a finger up at Darren while I answer the phone. "Yesenia I am ready to leave where are you?" he yells over all of the loud music. "I will meet you in the front." I say into the phone and hang up.

I look over at Darren. "Hey I have to go my brother is waiting for me." I say frowning at him.
"Oh well I can take you home if you want." he says nudging my shoulder and smiling. "I don't think Alejandro would like that actually." I say laughing sarcastically. "Alejandro? As in Alejandro Talamantez?" he asks while looking at me with an eyebrow raised. "Um yea that would be the one." I say sighing. I notice a change of behavior from Darren as I answered him. "Oh yea okay go ahead." He says with his eyes wide open. He walks away and I wave at his back.

My eyebrows scrunch together in confusion. Why did he react that way when I told him he was my brother? I shrug it off and get up to start walking.

I try to walk to the front even when I kept almost falling over. I open the front and see Alejandro standing, leaning over the railing. I stumble towards him and into his arms.

"Yesenia, are you drunk right now?" he looks down at me fiercly and grabs my face to look in my eyes.

I think the whole drunk effect came piling onto me right about now.

"maybe." I say getting up and crossing my arms together, still trying not to stumble. "Jesus fucking christ Yesenia, I knew I shouldn't have brought you. Who the fuck gave you alcohol?" He asks grabbing my shoulders while whisper yelling. "Umm my new friend." I giggle at him and he rolls his eyes knowing he won't get that many answers out of me tonight.

He picks me up bridal style and walks me to the car. I knew Alejandro wasn't drinking because he was driving but I still felt like he was about to drop me.

Damn, how drunk was I?

The whole car ride was silent. I knew Alejandro was upset with me and he didn't want to talk with me right now. So, I laid on the window and fell asleep.

We finally arrive to our apartment and Alejandro wakes me up by slamming his door shut. I jump up and roll my eyes in annoyance. I open my door and he is already waiting for me by my side. He helps me out and helps me walk to our apartment.

He walk inside and he doesn't say anything to me as he walks into his room and shuts his door loudly. I don't even react as I make my way to my room, take off my shoes, and plop on my bed.

I lay on my back and stare at my ceiling. I sigh loudly as my phone dings.

Unknown: Sleep well pretty.

I groan and roll my eyes as I slam my phone face down against my dresser. I lay back down and thank God that there is no school tomorrow.
