Chapter Thirteen: GMG qualifying

Lucy POV:

We are on our long train ride to Crocus now and we all took our motion sickness pills so that we can enjoy ourselves. I must've fallen asleep on Rogue's shoulder because I blacked out an hour after we left the station, but I could still hear everything around me 'stupid dragon ears' I thought to myself. I could hear Sting drifting off to sleep onto Yukino who was already sleeping on his shoulder and I felt Rogue lay down on my head to sleep while Orga and Rufus was playing cards a seat over and Dobengal was talking to himself. I could hear him asking himself questions like "Why did I get picked?" and "Am I really strong enough?" I felt bad and I told myself that I'd talk to him as soon as we were alone. When we were about 20 minutes from arriving we all woke up due to the alarming voice box that told us that Crocus was the next stop. Rogue looked down at me and smiled before kissing my lips again and Sting just nodded his head in approval 'guess I wasn't that hard to get over' I thought as Rogue pulled his lips from mine and we began to gather our things. When the train finally stopped, we all got off and started towards Sabertooth's usual inn. When we arrive, it's the same with 6 beds in one room. I chose a bed closest to the bathroom and started freshening up because Rogue wanted to go out an explore with me, I took a quick shower and called Cancer to do my hair which he had no problem with and I put on some short denim shorts and a green tank top since it was hot out. I came out the bathroom and it was the first time that I saw Rogue in something umm normal? I guess I could call it. He was wearing cargo shorts and a white T-shirt with his usual cape, and a pair of sneakers. I smiled and after that we left together. All day we just went sightseeing and had dinner at a decent restaurant where we got thrown out because Natsu came in and started a fight with Rogue and I. After that it was almost midnight so we had to hurry back to the inn.

Back at the inn we hurry inside and at that moment we heard the Kabo start talking and the labyrinth appeared. I looked around and told everyone to watch this, I took out a key and chanted something in a different language and a portal appeared. when we walked through we ended up at the end to the labyrinth. "Easy as pie" I giggled and everyone joined along.
