Rogue POV:
It's been 8 and a half months since I found out Luce was pregnant and it's been a roller coaster. She's been so emotional, one minute she's happy then another she's pissed off at me. Today though, she went into labor at about 4 am and I got her to the hospital as fast as I could. I was filled with so many emotions at that time and I didn't know what I should do. Right now I'm in the waiting room because something went wrong with the delivery of the baby, I'm so worried about Lucy and our little baby. I really hope everything is okay. I've been out here for hours and finally I see a doctor come through the door "Cheney?" he asks and I nod quickly. He smiles "Why not come in and meet your children?" My eyes light up and I run into Lucy's room where I see two hospital cribs "Lucy?" She looks up at me and giggles "Rogue, we had twins" she says excitedly and I walk over to the cribs where I see two beautiful baby girls. My whole world just brightened up a little more when I saw the cute little blonde fluffs on their heads and Lucy swore that they'd have my eyes and I was hoping they would have her's "They're beautiful, what should we name them?" I look over to her and she smiles happily "I was thinking Layla for after my mother and you can name the other" I smile a little "Sky?" I ask and she looks at me "Why Sky?" I chuckle "My dragon was named Skiadrum, I took the Ski and turned it into Sky" She gave me this face as if I wasn't ever a deep thinker. When she finally got over her little shock she finally spoke "Layla and Sky Cheney it is then" I smile and kiss her soft lips before handing her one of the little girls and holding the other for myself. I remember thinking to myself that I'll always protect them, they are my life and only reason to live other than Lucy. I remember kissing their soft pink heads before putting them to sleep for their first night of life. There I sat on the bed next to Lucy, holding her hand and smiling happily. This is the happiest I've been since I saw Skiadrum again, I look towards my amazing soon to be spouse and kiss her lips "I love you Lucy"
