Dani stood in front of the mirror in her apartment as she stared at the sixth outfit she had tried on.
It was officially the day the couple was going to go on their first date.
Of course, they've been together ever since the tour kicked off in London, but that's the thing: they were on a tour with little to no breaks with their best friends.
Even after being back from tour, every time the pair tried to make plans alone, something came up with either the band's music, Dani's music, or the boy's interrupting.
But today was different.
The couple was determined to make it a special day that they would remember.
The sound of knocking caused the girl's head to snap to the door as her heart began to race.
"Shoot." Dani muttered, glancing back at the mirror as she put in her earrings. "Come in!"
The front door of her apartment creaked open, but the girl didn't glance over as she carefully placed the earring in before she moved to the other ear.
"I'm almost ready." Dani called, finally glancing over her shoulder and letting out a loud gasp when she saw the boy standing behind her. "Oh my god, what are you doing here?"
The girl engulfed the boy in a tight hug.
"I was in town and had to come see you." The boy said, wrapping his arms around the girl's waist.
Dani's front door swung open as the boys came in shouting, causing the pair to pull apart.
"Dani..." The group trailed off as their eyes locked on the boy standing beside the girl.
"Hey guys." The girl said as the boy sent the group a small wave.
"Charlie!"

Kendall paced back and forth in apartment 2J as he ranted, "I shouldn't worry, right? I mean, just 'cause they kinda dated for a few months and he came all the way from Tokyo to see her doesn't mean she's going to take him back."
"Yeah, it does." Katie spoke, watching the pair from the window out by the pool with a pair of binoculars. "'Cause that's the best-looking guy at the Palm Woods. Ever."
"What?"
James quickly raced toward the window with Kendall right behind him, taking the binoculars from her hands as he peered out the window.
"Okay, but this is a guy that broke her heart; she's probably down there right now telling him to get lost." Kendall said, watching as the girl burst out into laughter. "Or the opposite!"
"You did not!" Dani gasped, sitting up in her chair.
"I swear. It was a clean break right down the middle of all nine bricks." Charlie nodded. "Won first place."
