The Jennings girl had waited in her apartment for the Garcia boy for over an hour, but he never showed.
It wasn't like him to miss baking with Dani, so the blonde decided to go look for the boy.
"Hey guys, have you seen Carlos around?" Dani asked, approaching the trio dressed in their hockey gear outside of the Palm Woods, causing them all to shake their heads.
"Nope."
"Sorry."
"Beats me."
"Huh. That's weird; he promised to help me bake today, but he never showed." Dani explained, causing the boys to gasp. "Has he seemed different to you guys?"
That caused James and Logan to slowly turn their attention to Kendall.
"Okay, so you may be onto something." James spoke, causing Logan to quickly nod.
"Be onto what, exactly?" Dani questioned.
"It's blonde Jennifer." Kendall explained. "It's like ever since he rescued and started dating her, he's been... different."
"Well..." James started, picking up his hockey stick from the ground with Logan. "There's one thing that'll never change: Carlos' love of goaltending."
The four teenagers turned to look at the goal, only to find it empty.
"Carlos?" Logan called.
"Anyone for tennis?" The Garcia boy asked, jumping in front of the goal with a racket in hand, and instead of being dressed in his hockey gear, he was dressed in tennis apparel.
All four of their jaws dropped when Jennifer appeared, quickly dragging the boy away.

The Jennings girl found herself in the boy's crib, sitting beside the Knight boy on her beloved orange couch before the five teens had to leave for the dog adoption.
Mama Knight's heels caught the teens attention as she grabbed her purse.
"MM." The woman moaned in pain as she touched her cheek.
"You're going to the dentist." Kendall spoke, causing the woman to make the sound again. "Uh. Molar issue... and if you're not back by lunch, there's pizza in the oven?"
"She said fridge." Dani corrected the boy, causing Mama Knight to nod before she blew a kiss. "And she also loves you, me, and the guys."
Ms. Knight quickly waved the four teens goodbye before she held her cheek in pain as she made her way out the door.
Logan and James turned to the couple with confused looks on their faces. "We speak mumble mom." Kendall stated, causing the boys to nod, impressed.
"Carlitos! Let's go!" James exclaimed. "We're going to be late for the doggie-doption fair."
