"Can you believe this?" Carlos gasped, looking around the studio of the KULA morning show in disbelief.
"We're performing on live TV!" James exclaimed excitedly from beside the boy.
"Can you believe it's 5 a.m.?" Logan groaned as Kendall let out a big yawn.
"Why do early morning shows have to shoot so early in the morning?" Kendall asked, going to push his mom's head off his shoulder, but was suddenly stopped by Katie.
"Don't wake her!" Katie said, quickly glancing away from her game before she looked back down. "She hasn't had her eight hours of sleep yet."
"Morning boys!" Dani greeted them chirpily with a giant smile on her face as she approached the group. "Katie! Sleeping Mama Knight!"
"How are you so awake?" Logan cried, looking at the girl, causing her to shrug.
"I guess I never caught up with the L.A. time." Dani replied.
"Big Time Rush! Huge Fan. I'm Jane Kennedy, the producer, and welcome to "A.M. L.A." Jane said, greeting the group with a big smile. With another girl right behind her, Dani assumed she was her assistant. "LA's number one morning show. Come on."
Jane led the group around the studio, showing them its importance and how things worked.
"That is LA's number one morning host, Miles Bainbridge." Jane introduced as the group watched the silver-haired man standing in front of a teleprompter as he went over the day's segment. "Warming up LA's number one teleprompter."
"No, I'm pretty sure Los Angeles is just one word." Miles said, causing Dani to scrunch up her eyebrows as she watched the man, confused.
"Come on!" Jane ushered the group to follow, quickly walking away from Miles and the teleprompter, causing the boys to race after her as Dani walked behind as she kept her eyes on LA's so-called 'number one morning host'.
Jane led them to the green room. The boys quickly rushed to the food table. Katie and Ms. Knight sat on the couch, while Dani stood by the door with her arms crossed.
"And this is the green room where you can relax, eat, and meet our other guests, like actor and environmentalist Ed Begley Jr."
"Hey guys, I'm here to promote my new line of environmentally friendly--" Ed started, standing up from his seat on the couch beside Katie and grabbing what seemed to be a saw.
"Keep it fresh for the show, Ed." Jane cut the man off, making him frown as he slowly sat back down on the couch. "Yeah, we're so excited to have BTR at 'A.M. L.A., and I just know that our 3 million viewers will be excited too."
The lady in red, who was following Jane the moment the group walked onto the set, entered the room, handing over a clipboard to the producer.
"Well, we are very excited to be here." Kendall replied, causing the boys to nod in agreement.
