Chapter III

Y/N Pov:

After the events that went on today we went back to the owl house.As it got later and later luz was in her room and she had invited her friends over since it was like the weekend the day after and i will finally get to meet them.Eda and king were downstairs busy making or doing something with the things they had gotten earlier.

i was just sat there in my room a bit clueless and only had one thing on my mind..The Golden  Guard.What was happening earlier.Why didn't he attack more or turn me in or anything?After i basically floored him and he just stared up at me.Whatever i thought he was a bit odd and argent but passed that he seemed nice for not doing anything to me.

~Time skip to like later on night time ig now~

I was sat outside now with my palismen in my lap.everyone had now gone to bed it was nice just to have so quiet for once and look up at the sky.after a while i grew tiered and decide to go back inside and upstairs to bed.as soon a reached my room and bed i flopped down on it and passed out.

~Next Morning still y/n pov~

I get up and do my usual routine and take luz to school she said she would walk home with her friends after school with her friends  so that saved eda a job.Eda was out busy trying to sell things.Me and King were back at the owl house and king said he was going back to bed.hes so lazy sometimes.he also told me not to disturb him so i didnt.i went to my room got out an outfit (whatever u want to wear) got dressed and wrote a note for king to tell him i was going out into town for a bit.

After a walk around the town and a creepy vibe going on with feeling like I'm being watched? I walked into a shop to buy some books to study more things about making potions and i saw a book about teleportation so i also got that.i went up and paid and as i was walking back i turned around yet again cause at this point i knew i was being followed. i stopped mid-way through the forest."whos there" i asked waiting for someone or thing to appear and then behind a tree steps out a shadow like figure which while walking closer became more clear.GOLDEN GUARD??? i thought. why are u following me i asked him. " i saw u walking around and i followed u to make sure u weren't making any trouble which u dint so well done" he replied  in a calm tone. "Thanks?" i said a bit confused.As he came closer to me i returned to walking back to back to the owl house. "so um belos has an eye for u and the crazy owl lady and he would like a chat with u actually" the golden guard broke the silence."Yea no there is  no way am i coming near any of u i can only deal with u since u haven't bothered to attack me or anything and u seem fairly nice? i questioned the last part of what i was saying he just looked at me." u don't find me annoying?" he questioned sounding quite surprised."Yeah?"i said a bit confused.we continued walking as we got there the golden guard said look this is me being truthful and stuff and i know u probably think this is a trick or something but its not would u wanna maybe be friends? he said. I just looked at him with a bit of shocked. is he telling the truth y would he want to be friends with me? aren't we supposed to be enemies or something? is he out of his mind? i thought. he does seem quite genuine i  i thought."u know what sure" i said in a cheerful like tone."Great I'm not really supposed to tell anyone or anything and stuff but my name is hunter u don't have to keep calling me golden guard or Goldie he said bit annoyed of the nick name i gave him.i smiled i think ill stick with ur nick name goldie not like ur names bad or anything its cute... i realised what i had just said face turning a bit pink. he laughed a bit nervous "umm thanks y/n i guess?" he said.wait how does he know my name ohh actually im not surprised he knows."ok well i have to get back to work and stuff but ill see u around he said."ok bye goldieee i said smiling and with that he teleported away.

He is actually really nice but why is this all a trick i really hope not i feel like maybe i could be really good friends with him i thought as i waked back into the owl house.
