Over thousands of graduation caps were thrown into the air. The red caps fell onto the ground, and a couple of the graduates had to search the floor for their graduation caps. Cheers roared with the loud applause of proud parents and friends. The current graduating class of Saint Julian and Saint Juliette Academy had finally graduated and amongst the graduates was Aries Alexandria Arlington, Libra Roel, and Taurus Winslow. As the graduates exited the stadium, their family left their seats to find their son or daughter or sibling.
For Libra, his parents were teasing him. "Oh you look so stupid with that mushroom haircut and cap," Lynx teased as she took a picture of Libra holding his diploma. Lepus smiled, and he looked up at his wife. Their only son had finally graduated, and it was an exciting moment for him. He never thought that his son would have become a fully-fledged adult. Tears welled in his eyes, and he sniffled. His son was ready for the real world. Libra would be running the embassy once Lynx retires.
"Father, please don't cry." Libra wiped away Lepus's tears. Lepus sniffled, and he smiled. He hugged Libra tightly, squeezing the diploma between their bodies. Lepus was so proud of Libra. He always thought his son was going to be cold and heartless. He feared that his son would turn out more like his mother, and he did, but Libra was sweet. He had changed. Libra smiled softly. He looked over at Virgo. It was all because of Virgo that he changed. Libra was grateful to Virgo.
Virgo was standing with Ceres and Austrinus. He had a proud smile on his face, and his eyes were full of love and admiration. Libra's cheeks turned a light shade of red. He let go of Lepus and walked over to Virgo. He rubbed his thumb along Virgo's cheek. His fiance was so beautiful. Virgo blushed when Libra grazed his thumb on his lip. He leaned up and kissed Libra on the lips. Libra kissed back. He slowly snaked his arms around Virgo's waist. Ceres looked at Austrinus with a smile. He was glad that his son finally found love. He looked down at his hands. He was sad that he abused his son. He didn't deserve to be a parent.
Ceres perked up when he felt Austrinus's big hand touch his back. He looked up at his boyfriend and smiled. "We could have had our own family if you only saved me earlier," he whispered. "Virgo would have seen little yous running around." Austrinus laughed and kissed Ceres's cheek. Maybe in another lifetime, he could have started a family with Ceres. Virgo would have been his biological son and not related to Pyxis. Pyxis would have been just a spiteful ex and been jealous of Ceres and Austrinus's life. Austrinus looked at Virgo and Libra. He smiled.
"They really are a cute couple, aren't they?" Austrinus asked. Ceres nodded.
Virgo pulled back. He giggled when he saw Lynx and Lepus standing beside Libra. Lynx crossed her arms. She had a raised brow and asked, "You've gotten quite touchy, haven't you?" Libra looked at his mother. He rolled his eyes and pulled Virgo close. His fiance was three months into his pregnancy and would be nearing his second trimester in mid-June. Virgo rested his head on Libra's chest. He closed his eyes, embracing Libra's warmth. Lynx looked at Libra with a serious expression. "Libra, you need to start planning for the wedding. Now that you're done with college, your next priority is yours and Virgo's wedding."
"Mother, I just finished my graduation ceremony." Libra looked down at Virgo. He sighed and nodded in agreement. It was about time to plan their wedding, but the stress of finals and essays was a thorn in Libra's side since the start of the spring semester. Libra didn't want to plan a wedding at the same time. He hugged Virgo and kissed his forehead. Virgo was going to be a housewife so he wouldn't need to worry about his studies. He just needed to worry about his pregnancy. Libra looked at his parents and said, "Don't worry, Virgo and I will start looking at venues when we get home."
"O-Oh! I actually started looking at venues a while back," Virgo admitted. Libra raised a brow. He looked down at his fiance with an amused smile. Virgo gulped nervously and scratched his rosy cheeks. "I never talked to you about it because I didn't want to stress you out. I knew that you were stressed with your finals and midterms, so I didn't want to put more work on you."
