Virgo looked out the window of the airplane. The inside of the airplane was comfortable, and each person had their own booth. Virgo leaned back against the cushiony seat. He pulled the large blanket over his body, and he closed his eyes. He took a deep breath and sighed. He felt a knot tying in his stomach, and he bit the bottom of his lips.
In two hours, he would go back home, and he would finally see his parents again. They must have been so much happier now that he was gone, but Virgo needed answers. He needed to know why his parents neglected his emotional needs. He needed to know why his parents screamed at him and abused him. He needed to know the entire story. Virgo squeezed his eyes shut. After he got his closure, he would buy the first plane ticket to Rifes and find Libra.
He hugged himself and put on the headphones that the flight attendants had provided. He looked at the small movie screen across from him. He hummed as a stop-motion movie started playing. The movie was about a girl who ended up finding an alternate world via a small door in a mansion that was turned into an apartment complex. Virgo slowly closed his eyes. He was tired, and being in the air filled him with a sense of relief. He hung his head low as he slept through the flight.
In the booth in front of him, Leo was looking through the recipe book he planned on publishing. He didn't expect a lot of sales from the recipe book since he was nobody, but it would be affordable for people. Leo wanted to make recipes that could be used by any family of any social status. He wanted to create nutritional meals that were hearty and good for the soul. Pisces was his inspiration for the recipe book. Leo smiled softly. He really did love Pisces. He hoped that their relationship stayed strong and would even become more.
In Capricorn's booth, he was eating a pizza. The pizza was salty and had a strong herbal taste. Capricorn was disgusted by it, but he didn't like wasting food. He let out a quiet burp after finishing the overly salty and herbal pizza. He sighed and grabbed out his binder. He could use the two hours to finish his homework. He stared at the paper blankly. He hummed and looked out the window.
The clouds were gray and thundering. He looked up at the speaker when he heard the buzzing sound. The pilot's voice came through: "Dear guests, this is your captain speaking. We will be experiencing some slight turbulence on the way to Gransfled, but don't worry, we will make it to Gransfled on time. I have notified the Winslow Family about the slight turbulence. Rest well and don't mind the gray clouds."
Scorpio giggled, and he rubbed his stomach. He knew that Taurus must have been panicking right now. "Your daddy is such a worrywart," he whispered as he looked down at his flat stomach. He was pregnant with one baby, so he wouldn't start showing until the second trimester. He sighed. He felt like he was going against his indigenous roots.
Marriage was sacred in the Langwen Tribe, and newlyweds were supposed to have their child after marriage. Scorpio's mother had gotten pregnant when she wasn't married, and her parents were disappointed in her for breaking such a sacred rule. Scorpio was doing the same thing. He bit the inside of his cheek. He would be selfish for wanting to get married before his stomach started showing, but he had to. He didn't want to upset his ancestors. He sighed. He would talk to Taurus about this on Monday.
Sagittarius hummed a quiet song as he read a book on poetry. It was a collection of poetry written by the man of Walt Whitman. His poems were beautiful and talked about individualism and not listening to society's rules. Sagittarius found the collection beautiful and fascinating. Aquarius was reading the same. They liked their little activity of reading books and sharing their thoughts after finishing the books. Sagittarius yawned and closed the book.
He was tired. He barely slept a wink last night because the people next to his and Leo's dorm were blasting music the entire night. It was currently seven in the morning, and Sagittarius just wanted to sleep. He put on his headphones and started playing some chill R&B music he had downloaded before the flight. He closed his eyes as he listened to the slow beat and soulful voice of the singer.
