Meanwhile In Grace's Mind Grace "Charlotte! Charlotte!" a young black boy yelled running over with the biggest grin on his face "hello Marcellus" the boy ran up and hugged my waist "Did you hear? did you hear?" I shook my head with a chuckle "we have guests staying with us" I smiled at his happiness.
The sound of a bell ring made my head snap up "come on, I'm being called for" we walked out of the servants quarters and made it to the entrance of the house "you called sir?" the Governor motioned for me to walk over "yes. Get some of the male workers to grab our guest's luggage and take it to their rooms" I nodded and quickly headed back inside, grabbing men to come help.
"Servant!" "yes sir?" I said quickly walking over "for their stay you will be looking after our guests as their personal servant. These are the Mikaelsons" I looked up at the people I would be serving. My eyes widened when I made eye contact with them. They were all so beautifully sculptured.
The Governor walked away to talk with a son while I staid in my place "my name is Charlotte. As the Governor said, I'll be your personal maid. There shall be a wire that you can pull in your rooms if you are ever in need of me. I'll show you to your rooms" I made sure they were following me before walking into the house "the men shall be staying in these rooms while Ms Mikaelson will be staying here" I said as I led the woman to her room.
"Is there anything else you need before I take my leave Ms Mikaelson?" "Yes. Call me Rebekah" I was surprised "yes Ms- I mean Rebekah" she smiled, and I made my leave. I headed to the servants quarters where Marcel was waiting. "Marcel lets go play" he smiled and ran to grab my hand.
We ran outside and began playing tag "Marcellus if you are to win then you must catch me" I giggled as I ran up to a tree and held onto it as I watched him come closer "will you be my prize?" I giggled again "if that is what you wish" he lunged for me but I jumped out of the way and ran again. We stopped in the field outside the back of the house.
"Come on Marcellus, if I am to be your prize you must hurry" I turned to run again but I bumped into a hard chest. I looked up at who I had bumped into to see one of the Mikaelson brothers "I'm so sorry" I said quickly dropping to the ground "caught you!" Marcel said grabbing my waist as I stayed in my kneeled position.
"Please punish me as you see fit for my mistake" I was quite nervous because I don't know how bad these men could be. "It's alright, it was an accident, nothing more" I looked up at the tall brunette Mikaelson who held his hand out to me "thank you Mr. Mikaelson" "please, call me Elijah" he said with a smile.
