Third Klaus had been angry lately. Klaus, Rebekah and Stefan had gone back to Mystic falls. During that time, Klaus had Killed Mikael and recently now, Stefan had stolen his family and mate but he had finally forced Stefan to give them back, all but one coffin.
It was a shock to Klaus when Elijah stood before him "Elijah?" Elijah pulled the handkerchief from his coat pocket and begun to wipe his hand free of blood "You look surprised to see me. So I guess it wasn't you that removed the dagger from my chest" Klaus was nervous at his words and decided to avoid looking at him as he motioned to a glass of blood.
"You look like you could do with a drink. And we have a lot to discuss, so shall we?" before he could say anything else Elijah punched him, sending him flying into a door "Easy! I just finished renovating!" Klaus growled before throwing Elijah onto a table, breaking on impact "You know, you have every right to be mad at me, but I kept my word. I reunited you with our family" the words only served to anger Elijah as he lunged and tackled Klaus.
Klaus spun them around before opening Kol's coffin and ripping out the dagger before raising it in a threatening manner "Don't make me do this to you again, Elijah!" Elijah stopped fighting and removed his hands, glaring at his brother "Come on. Use it. I dare you. You'll have Kol to death with"
Klaus stood there for a moment before speaking up "Mikael is dead" Elijah, shocked, pushed Klaus off him and stood to his full height "What did you say?" "I killed him. With his own weapon. He's gone, Elijah, forever" Elijah looked at the coffins before back to his brother "then why do our family remain in these coffins? Finn and Kol for over a century"
"Because of Stefan Salvatore. He holds the one thing keeping me from freeing them" Elijah went to stop Klaus when he dipped the silver dagger in white oak ash before pushing it back into Kol's chest.
"There are things that you do not know about our past, Elijah. Our father's death. Things I never wanted you to know. But I'm ready to tell you now. I only ask that you remember the oath of loyalty you once swore to me. Always and forever. I need you to stand by my side. Be my brother. Help me Destroy Stefan, and I promise you, our family will be whole again" Elijah glared at his brother "where is Grace"
