I was discharged from the hospital and was back to my hell. After the nurse explained what happened to me, the incidents striked me like a bolt of thunder and each one of those moments started playing in my head ever since.

My parents, sorry step-parents were not so happy to see me back home. Because for them I am just a trouble. I was still having problems in walking because of my abdominal pain and my damaged cervix and vagina.

But you know in this house, no-body not even my 15 years old step-sister would help me even a bit.. because they  all HATE me, like for no-reason. And it's not just my step-parents but also their relatives. They treat me like I'm some kind of stranger who forced herself into this family. Such shitty people.

I was lying on bed while thinking about the way my life turned upside down just in 6 days. My mind went blank as I remembered what my step-father said to me after I was discharged-

"Aab or ek pareshani tapak padi, aab terese kon shadi karega hain? humari izzat mitti mein miladi. Aisi bahu kisi ko nahi chahiye!"

(You just caused us another problem, who's going to marry you now huh?! You just destroyed our social image and dignity with this whole situation, nobody's ever going to like their son getting married to someone like you!")

He is right I guess. No-one will ever agree to marry me in the first place. But let's not think about the future this soon. I'll for now try to focus on my studies and leave this house as soon as possible.

A harsh voice startled me.

"IRSHA" that's my step-mother, "Ragini Sinha"

Irsha is a short form of my full name "Shirsha Sinha".

I slowly sat up on my bed and softly answered

"Yes maa! Come in"

She literally barged into the room with father trailing behind her followed by my mausi (Mother's  sister) and badi mausi (Mother's Elder sister).

I was shocked to see all of them together in my room with a serious expression. Feeling the tensed atmosphere I hesitatingly asked

"Y-yes?"

"We all decided to marry you off to my friend's son Ankit Roy, who happens to be the next successor of his father's top 1 company. He's well educated unlike you. We are expecting a straight "yes" from you and not anytype of rejection or tantrums. We've made our decisions plus marrying you off to The Roy Family will profit me a lot as I'll get 40% share in the Roy company and will be rich in no time. So young lady be careful with what you say from that filthy mouth of yours" Father spoke in one go and then exhaled.

"Y-you are m-marrying me o-off t-to s-someone in this c-condition o-of m-mine?"

Father's nostrils flared with anger "First of all he's not "someone"...It's Ankit Roy. Women die to be his bride and now when you're having the chance you aren't respecting it. Such a brat you are.

And also I gave it some thought and came to this conclusion because, you're just a pain in my ass and I have to get you off anyways. I can't spend any more money on you. I have my OWN daughter to handle"

Tears welled up in my eyes at how low he spoke about me. Why are they doing this to me? I haven't finished my studies yet. What about my dream of becoming a doctor?

I felt all my dreams shatter infront of me as they stabbed me with a sharp knife in my heart which was already bleeding from all the pain and taunts.

"W-well I-"

"Speak fast we don't have all day like you, We have our businesses to mind"

I found it hard to speak because of  the lump which formed in my throat but still I managed to blurt out -

"Y-you d-didn't leave me a-any other o-option, I'll d-do w-whatever you'll s-say"

With a satisfied smirk Father looked at me and said

"Aab hui na baat, ladki ne sahi rasta chuni hai"

(That's more like it...Girl chose the right path).

All of them stormed off my room leaving me alone in my miseries and I kept crying until I fell asleep.
