What just happened?

Annabeth POV

My head hurt a little as I tried to stand up, but I managed it.

I went over to the dining area slowly and carefully, mainly so I don't trip over and turn into mush. But also because I wanted to surprise Percy. 

I headed behind the Poseidon table ( My sneaking skills are soo next level ) and put my hand on his shoulder.

I think this was the part where I was supposed to put my hands on his eyes and ask ' guess who?'

But Thalia looked over and had to gasp.

" What's wro-?" Percy asked her looking concerned, when he spotted me.

"Wise girl! What are you doing outside the infirmary?" He asked, his beautiful sea green eyes full of concern.

" Seaweed Brain, my legs need some exercise. I don't want them to fall off." I said, rolling my eyes.

At this point, pretty much the entire camp was looking at us. What was this? A reality TV show?

Percy scooched over, giving me a spot by his side and indicating with his eyes for me to sit. 

I sighed and obliged.

"Such a Seaweed Brain." I said , sounding exasperated while looking at his eyes.

they were full of concern and love at the same time. 

He still smelt of the ocean, fresh and salty.

I loved his messy black hair, it always made him look hot.

"I know I'm hot Wise Girl, but you're staring right now." He whispered in my ear.

I'm pretty sure my cheeks flushed red as I looked away, not wanting anyone to see me this vulnerable.

"Shut up, Seaweed Brain." I muttered.

Percy gave me his signature smirk which I fell for and got back to his food.

I got myself a Greek salad. I wonder why it's called a Greek salad, I suppose it originated from Greece. Did the gods make them? Maybe they are from Olympus, Ok stupid ADHD.

I pulled myself out of my thought and my eyes fell on a particular blonde boy.

I took a sharp intake of breath looking at him.

"What's wrong Wise Girl?" Percy asked, looking where I was looking.

When he spotted him, his eyes got thunderous.

"Luke?" I asked, not believing the boy who was sitting right there at the Hermes table. 

He looked at me in.....Disgust?

I could see hatred in his eyes as he looked at me. But there was also a hint of sadness.

I couldn't understand why he would give me that look.

I looked back at my salad, staring at it. 

I picked up a bite on my fork, but a lump was forming on my throat and my head was feeling nauseous. I felt my stomach acting a bit queasy. 

Percy gave me a look of concern.

"Are you Ok Wise Girl?" He asked me, rubbing my back.

"Everyone was staring at me now, and I felt horrible.

"I'm fine." I said, forcing a smile.

Percy didn't look convinced and kept on rubbing my back.

I didn't think much of it, since I was in the dining area and didn't want to make a scene.

I put the food in my mouth and started chewing. Maybe this would help

Bad. Idea.

I could feel my stomach release all the food I had ( which was a little) out my head.

I threw up straight onto the salad bowl. Everyone was now gathered around me, including our younger selves.

I kept on throwing up, Everyone was talking at once, It was hard to process.

I felt a hand coup my face and speak gently.

"Wise Girl, just breath, It's fine, we're together." 

It was Percy, He was rubbing my back as I kept throwing up.

Will ( our Will) was talking to Percy about taking me back to the infirmary to check up.

I wish I could say what happened, but the last thing I saw was me, coughing up blood.

The black dots circling around my eyes grew bigger and bigger.....

until I saw the ground extremely close, closer than I wanted it to be.

Then I passed out.

Hahaha! Cliff hanger! Ik IK, I don't do Author's notes. But I guess I have to give an apology for making you all wait. I don't know when I'll post again, At least once a week ( Depending on my motivation LOL) But, that's it for today!!!
