[ADRIAN LYLE'S POV]

Nasa harap ko ngayon ang aking asawang walang emosyong makikita sa mukha nito. She is pissed dahil nasali ito sa suspects. I believe that she is capable of killing somoene dahil sa line of work nito, but I also know that she can't kill anyone.

"What are you doing with Mr. Moriarty between 6:30 PM to 6:45 PM?" tanong ng isang police sa kanya. She rolled her eyes on us.

It was between 6:30 PM to 6:45 PM when he died.

"Do I really need to answer that again?" tanong nito.

Kanina niya pa kasi sinagot yan, sa initial investigation.

I knew they were talking a while ago ng magpa-alam itong pupunta sa office niya. Hindi ko lang alam kong ano ang pina-usapan nito.

"Are you being defensive Ms. Selvester?" Tumaas ang kilay nito.

"Fine." Humarap ito sa akin. I looked at her straight in the eyes at tumango. Nagbuntong-hinga muna ito bago sumagot.

"We were just talking." Pag-uumpisa nito. The police, my dad and I listened.

"William Moriarty was one of my many suitors since last month." I was shocked. So may inentertain pala ito noong di pa ako pumunta dito? To what extent did she entertained them then?

Selos ka ngayon Adrian? May imbestigasyon ka pang ginagawa.

"Eventually he got offended when he learnt about my marriage with Mr Cuerpo so he confronted me. He said he was so sure that he'd get my hand tonight and ask me for marriage." sabi nito

How close had they been?

"Lyle, I'm sorry. But we were not in a relationship. I never interacted with him like I'm giving him a slight bit of chance. He was just obsessive–"

"So you killed him?" putol ng police. Mukhang na-inis si Kate sa biglang pag-interupt ng police sa kanya.

"No? Why would I?" tanong nito

"So you can get rid of him." Kate faked a laugh.

"That's enough." putol ko. Wala na sa linya ang police.

"It's like you're pinning me on a crime I can't do. Why would I kill him? His courting me is not a probable cause. Marrying my husband is the best way to get rid of him. No, I mean all of them." straight na sagot nito.

Tumahimik ito. Tama naman kasi.

"Where were you after you saw him?" Kate thought for a moment before answering.

"I was in my office. I got tired of wearing heels so I was there and freshened up. Then I went back to eat and interact with some guests. After that, I never saw him." sabi nito.

Sakto namang pumasok si Mike at pinakita ang CCTV footage malapit sa office ni Kate. So, it gave her an alibi.

After a while ay nirelease na namin si Kate, ngayon ay naupo na ito sa gilid.

Next was the Roger the bellboy. Tumanggi ito sa pagpatay ni Mr. Moriarty dahil hindi niya naman ito nakita simula nagsimula ang event. He just saw him when he arrived at the hotel kaninang umaga. Siya ang naging bellboy nito.

The waitress, Kia, was one of the witnesses ng pag-uusap nina Kate at Mr. Moriarty kanina sa labas. She said that Mr. Moriarty was holding Kate's hand like he was begging Kate for something. Pero after that, Kate just left him and Kia said Mr. Moriarty was crying.
