Telling Her

Dean looked at her and knew it was time to tell her the truth, she deserved to know!

"Alright, you deserve to know the truth." Dean began, as he sighed he knew he could trust her. "It all started when I got arrested. Roman and I were attracted to each other, but said nothing. Our feelings grew and we fell in love, I...I didn't want to Paige, it just happened! I can't explain why or how it happened, it just did! He makes me so happy Paige, he makes me want to be a better person! Anyway, I agreed to work undercover for them to help bring our family down. But when that deal went bad and we left town...Roman thought I had lied to him, and used him to get out of jail! Of course that made Seth happy, we hate each other and by me disappearing he was able to convince Ro that he had been right about me all along! Thankfully Rome agreed to meet me at a hotel room and we talked, working through everything and saved our love! We've been sneaking around for weeks, I give him info on the family and he does his job with it. I bought these rings, they're promise rings...a promise of a future together! Then tonight when I found out the Wyatts had taken Ro, I knew I had to go after him! I knew there was a chance I could get hurt or killed, but I didn't care...only he mattered! We got out unseen, but halfway to the car they found us out and chased us. They shot at us as we got away, and that's how this happened! Paige, I'm done with this life...I have been for awhile, and being with Roman helped me realize that! Come on Paige, haven't you ever imagined what it would be like to live a normal life? Do...do you hate me?"

"No Dean, I don't." She answered quietly. "I get it Dean, I really do, honestly I think about that a lot...but I'm not as brave as you to do something! I'm happy for you Dean, I'm glad you found someone to love you like you deserve! I won't tell anyone, I promise!" Paige said sadly.

"Thanks, I love you kid!" Dean said hugging her, before he kissed her head.

"Love you too." She replied. "You really need to change, you're covered in dry blood! It's kinda gross dude!" She teased smiling.

"This grosses you out? That coming from the same girl who shot a guy in his hand because he touched your ass!" Dean said laughing.

"Shut up and change!" She said laughing too.

"Yeah, yeah!" Dean said, as he got up and got clean clothes.

"I'll go so you can rest, see you later D!" She said standing, Dean looked over his shoulder at her and smiled.

"Thanks again kid."

"Anytime Dean." She said turning to leave, but stopped hearing him curse, she turned back around to see him fighting with his shirt. "You're helpless you know that?" She said smiling, as she went back to him.

"I thought you were leaving?" Dean asked smirking.

"Do you want my help or not?" She asked smiling, Dean nodded. "Then keep your mouth shut, got it Ambrose?"

"Got it!" He answered smiling.

An hour later Paige looked beside her on the bed and saw Dean had finally fallen asleep. After helping him change, he took two pain killers, before they lay on his bed together talking. She had loved every second of it! She got off the bed careful not to wake him, she covered him up, before she stood watching him. He was gorgeous even when he slept, she loved him, and killed her that she'd never know what it felt like to be loved by him! She bent down and brushed the hair off his forehead, before she kissed him on the lips gently, as she spoke.

"I love you Dean." She whispered.

She stood back up and watched him sleep for a few more seconds, she had meant everything she had told Dean, and she'd keep him safe no matter what she had to do! Knowing he was gone for the night; thanks to his heavy duty pain killers, she decided to take his phone with her. She wrote him a quick note, letting him know, before she walked to the door. At the door she stopped and turned to look at Dean one more time. As she watched him sleep peacefully, she made a promise to herself and him that she'd help him anyway she could! She just hoped Dean knew what he was doing! Smiling she turned off the light, before she left, on her way out of the warehouse she saw Hunter and Stephanie talking to Randy and Wade. Walking outside she smiled, she couldn't wait until their family was brought to their knees, all thanks to Dean!

**With Roman**:

After leaving Seth at the hospital, Roman arrived back at the hotel and locked himself in the bedroom. He couldn't believe Seth would betray him like that, he thought they were brothers, you don't turn on your brother like that! He needed Dean so badly right now, needed to hear Dean tell him everything was going to be okay, but he couldn't. He changed out of his clothes before he got into bed, he couldn't sleep despite his exhaustion; his mind wouldn't stop replaying the conversation he had had with Seth. He knew this had nothing to do with his state of mind, and everything to do with Dean! Seth despised Dean and was hell-bent on bringing him down, and to do that he needed to get rid of the only person who could stop him...Roman!

A half hour after Roman went to bed, he heard Seth return. As he lay in bed, Roman knew Seth would try and talk to him, but he was too angry and hurt to listen. So, when Seth knocked on the door Roman ignored him, after a few seconds Seth left defeated. With him off the case there was no one to run interference, no one to keep Dean safe! He had to tell Dean, he needed to warn him, but how? He couldn't contact Dean, and he had no idea how long it would be before Dean contacted him. Roman lay on his back in the dark playing with his ring, trying to think of a way out of this, but couldn't think of anything! He finally began to feel tired a couple hours later, as he closed his eyes he knew that no matter what happened, he'd keep Dean safe; even if it meant he had to stop Seth himself!
