Flashback to 3 years ago:

Amelia was leaning against a building smoking ciggerates by herself in the dark. She heard some people walking by laughing, aswell as a voice she could recognize. As Cosmo and his friends passed the alleway he stopped in his tracks and looked at her with wide eyes.

"No way. Amelia?" He said with a laugh in his voice. His friends came over to look in his direction, one blue haired girl said "Isn't that the girl that bullied you?"

"Yup, take a look fellas." Cosmo smirked.
"No way she looks depressed."
"What a state to be in, well deserved."

"Come on guys don't so rude." Cosmo joked. "What happened to your boyfriend?" He asked playfully.

"We... um... broke up." Amelia said quietly. There was a brief moment of pause and then they erupted laughing.

"Well karma! Thats what you get for being a bitch." A blonde guy said.

"You told them the story?" Amelia asked outraged.

"Everyone needs to know about your disgusting self, isn't that right?" He asked.

Amelia scoffed then said "Cosmo, you and your friends fuck off."

"Fine then. see you around campus, bitch." He said then the group walked away laughing.

Amelia sank to the floor and cried till her eyes were red. How could things so good turn so bad within a blink? Was this really all deserved?

POV: Cosmo

Its Sunday, I'm lying on my bed staring into space because I'm procrastinating on doing a project.

What got me motivated was because my parents were relying on me to get rich so they can have a good life with my wealth.

I wouldn't say my parents exactly, more of my birth mom. She was there for me most of the times when she wasn't busy with work. Until she had died from a car accident when I was at school.

My life hit low at that point and the last two years of my highschool life was hell, including the bullying. My dad eventually moved on and married a new woman, I didn't speak to her nor cared about her. She wasn't my mother and never would be. Shes just a greedy gold digger that feeds of my fathers wealth. She changed my father somehow, its was scary the first time he yelled at me and the words that he called me. It was like building a tower just for a plane to crash into it (totally not like 911 hehehe). Thats why I got to work hard for my mother.

Then I decided to get myself involed in a bet. I can't just not do it because then they would think I was lame. If I do, I'm going to feel guilty about it, the real question is why should I? I HATE THAT NASTY BITCH. I think, I dunno at this point.

After seeing Amelia cry I'm starting to think shes going through a lot more than I think. She literally just say me hald naked (I'm not sure if I should have concerned or not tbh)

I know Rose is with her. I don't know much about Rose but I've seen her with Amelia a lot. Last night Amelia told me Rose was her bestfriend, I don't know if Amelia has told Rose what shes was like in highschool. That can only go two ways, she could either stop being friends with Amelia, or stay with her. Now thats a TRUE friend.

You know what? The project is due like next week, I'll just work on it the entire day tomorrow.

I was suppose to go Ophelia's dorm tonight but I'll just get there earlier, especially since I have something to ask her about. How did I know about this? Jamal got the photo from a friend thats got it from his other friend and Jamal showed me. (Its the photo of Ophelia cheating on me by the way.)

I got ready and opened my bedroom door. Amelia and Rose were in the kitchen digging through the fridge, apparently finding something to eat.

"Theres some chips in the bag on the counter." I said making both of them jump.

"R-REALLY? OH UM THANKS MAN." Amelia said loudly.

"That almost scared the crap out of me." Rose sighed and I gave her apologetic smile.

"Where are you going Cosmo?" Amelia asked (I could see Rose giving her a side eye but ignored it).

"Oh, a friends place." I said and put my hand on the back of my neck. Cosmo glanced down at his black buttoned shirt and black skinny jeans. Amelia crossed my arms and tilted her head while looking me up and down.

"You sure not a party?" She asked and raised an eyebrow.

"WHAT - No, I can assure you definetly not a party on a sunday night." I yelled.

"Okay geez, well have fun." She said but when she reached the word 'fun' her voice got quiet. I laugh and whispered in Roses ear while I was about to leave.

"Take care of her-" I started.

"Nuh, uh. Were going to have a talk outside the dorm." Rose told me and Amelia gave her an annoyed expression. I shrugged and walked out with her to just outside the door. I closed the enterance and it was just Rose and I in the quiet hallway.

"What are you planning?" She said and narrowed her eyes.

"What? What do you mean?" I asked playing dumb.

"Your up to something Cosmo, I know it. It makes no sense for you to suddenly just be nice to her after bullying her for so long." She crossed her arms.

I opened my mouth to say something but no voice came out. I hesitated again before saying "I don't know what your talking about. I can't just get to know her a bit? Jeez man." I said and raised my voice at her. She was about to say something but I pushed her out of the way and headed to Opelia's dorm. I didn't dare look back because I could feel Rose's eyes on my freaking neck.

~~~~~
"Damn, she almost found out?" Ophelia asked while playing with my hair as she layed on my lap.
"Thankfully she didn't." I said and grinned. "Anyway, I'm here to ask you about something."
Ophelia suddenly stopped playing with my hair looked me in the eyes. She had mask of calmness but her heart was beating fast.
"Whos the new guy?" I asked completly serious. She just smiled and sat up.
"So the picture got you. It would eventually. Don't worry babe, I was drunk so I wasn't in my mind. My heart is all for you." She edged closer to me and placed a hand on my chest.
"But who is he?" I asked again with full seriousness.
"Oh, a friend of mine that I partied with that night. He dosen't go here to its okay. His name is Aiden by the way." She said, her hand slowly finding its way to the top button of my shirt.
Why did that name sound so familiar to me, and why did it ring bad memories in my head.
Aiden, Aiden, Aiden. Friend of Zachary.
Knew it. But if Aiden was in town Zachary probably is too, wonder how Amelia's gonna react to that.
At that point I just needed to get distracted. I grinned and took her chin, forcing her lips closer to mine.
"If you really love, undo the button on my shirt." I said playfully then kissed Ophelia on her lips. Like I willingly asked she only unbuttoned the first three on my shirt (kinda relieved) and we made out for the rest of the time I was there.
No matter what may happen. Ophelia will always find a way to pull me back to her and I will always love her. I swore that to my life when we first dated. Now when I think about it, the pink haired girl named Amelia Windward came to mind.
(This chapter is long so I hope you enjoyed :D. Also to make up for being late the last time I posted this one day early!)
