A/N

This chapter is longer than usual but is very important, as we start to see the fruits of Mihrimah's hard work.

I can't stop myself from writing. Whenever I sit down, the only thing I think about is writing more chapters. I suppose you can see that by all the chapters I released lately—not to mention the waiting of new episodes for season 5😵

How much have you guys watched of the series, and which season is your favorite so far?

Mihrimah has had a sleepless night. Whenever she closed her eyes, she could see the alps suffering under the Seljuk soldiers hands. Even if she managed to fall asleep, she eventually jolted awake early in the morning.

It threatened to crush her spirit, and Mihrimah decided to seek out solace in the quietness of her chamber. With a heavy heart and a soul burdened with worry, she kneeled before the prayer rug, her lips moving in a silent plea as she sought guidance from The All Mighty.

''Allah, The Bestower of Mercy.'' Mihrimah whispered with devotion. ''Grant me the strength and wisdom to face the challenges that lie before me. Protect my uncle Osman and his loyal alps, who stand steadfast in their loyalty to our tribe, our faith, and our Cause.''

Mihrimah bowed her head in humility, her heart was heavy with the weight of her fears. She knew that the road ahead would be fraught with dangers and trials, but she also knew that with Allah's guidance and mercy, she would find the strength to persevere.

''You are the Only One with Greatness and Glory. There is no God except You. Grant me the courage to stand up against injustice and oppression, to defend my people and uphold the principles of righteousness and justice.''

As she poured out her heart in prayer, Mihrimah felt a sense of peace wash over her. A comforting warmth enveloping her soul like a gentle embrace.

After praying, she headed to the main area of the inn to eat breakfast with the Vizier, who was waiting for her. After hearing a familiar voice, she halted and peeked out of the railings to see who it was.

It was her aunt, Malhun. She was very angry at Vizier Alemshah for what he did to her husband, Osman Bey. She closed in to listen to the conversation as she moved closer with caution.

''But... why did a man like Osman Bey rise against us before denying the blame? And since he escaped from being judged, there must be something he is afraid of.'' the Vizier taunted Malhun.

Mihrimah sighed in relief at the fact her uncle managed to escape the soldiers and continued to listen.

''If my Bey thinks that it is the right thing to do, then it is. I have no doubt about his innocence. Osman Bey and I are used to calamities, and we know how to get rid of them and speak their language. We will make everyone pay.'' Malhun stated and left abruptly.

Mihrimah descended from the stairs and greeted the Vizier. ''Günaydın.''

''Günaydın, Mihrimah. Come.'' The Vizier gestured for her to sit at the empty seat across him.

''What did Malhun Hatun want?'' she asked while taking a bite from the breakfast.

''Nothing serious. She thinks that Osman's escape is giving them the upper hand.'' he said, and Mihrimah nodded in understanding, not saying much more.
