Chapter - 30

Recap: Keshav and Myra celebrate their one month anniversary. Later they have conversation with Krish.

On the day of reunion, Myra and Keshav woke up and reached the hall. Keshav entered the kitchen to cook breakfast and pulled out the ingredients for it while Myra sat opposite to Roshni.

Myra: Roshni, where is Krish ?

Roshni: Krish has gone to his office for some important meeting and you know what, he wouldn't leave for work without kissing me, especially when he has an important meeting. He thinks I m his lucky charm and loves me so much. 

Myra rolled her eyes and Keshav who heard her talks, stopped all his work and walked out wiping his hands.

Myra: Ketchup, you finished cooking so soon ? but its hardly 5 minutes you entered the kitchen ?

Keshav: I don't feel like cooking anymore so get ready little one, lets go out and have your favourite breakfast today. Also we shall do some shopping to buy anything you wanted for the reunion in the evening.

Myra hummed and they left home leaving a fuming Roshni who threw the plates on the wall shattering them.

 By evening Keshav tucked the royal maroon shirt, Myra gifted him on the one month anniversary. Standing before the mirror he set his hair and saw Myra still deciding on a costume to wear.

Keshav: I will wait for you in the hall little one, make it quick.

Myra hummed still holding two saree in her hand. Keshav reached the hall and 30 minutes later he heard the sound of anklets and tilted his head. His eyelid refused to blink on seeing Myra who was wearing a the saree he gifted her and that matched his shirt. She chose oxidised jewels and her hair was braided neatly and pulled to her front.

Myra smirked and pushed his chin up to close his mouth which broke his trance and he averted his gaze from Myra.

Myra: Ketchup lets go. Naina is already on way to the resort.

They were about to leave but stopped when Krish walked out of his room passing a smile to them. Their smile faded when Roshni walked out of her room all ready to leave.

Myra: Ketchup, since Krish and Roshni are also headed to the same destination, shall we leave in the same car ?

Keshav nodded his head and opened the passenger door for Myra but she gestured him to let Krish take the seat next to him. Keshav shook his head and pushed her gently to be seated in the passenger seat before he got to the driver seat. Krish and Roshni got into the back seat and Keshav started driving.

Myra: Are you excited Krish ? You will get see all your friends today. Did you talk to them ?

Krish: No Myra, I haven't talked to anyone. I hope today will be refreshing and I m looking forward to it.

Keshav coughed and Myra immediately opened the cap of the water bottle and passed it to him.

Myra: Stop the car and sip some water Ketchup.

Keshav sipped the water while driving and returned it back to her. They reached the resort and Keshav stopped at the entrance. The entire place was dazzling with fairly lights and lanterns.

Keshav: Wait for me and I will be back soon after parking the car.

Myra nodded her head and got down. She was standing next to Krish waiting for Keshav but Krish was called by some of his classmates so he excused to be back and sauntered to them.

Roshni saw the chance to be in her favour and with a smirk she moved next to Myra, determined to ignite Myra's insecurity.

Roshni: Poor Myra, what did you think, that giving gifts, going out for lunch and dinner will make you both a perfect loving couple ? tsk tsk he is just caring for you and you won't know the real meaning of husband and wife even after years of living with him. Men will be men and they need woman not someone stupid as you who pretend to be innocent. He will leave you one day when he realize that you cannot be the woman to his standards.
