Chapter - 75

Recap: Keshav and Myra spend time together. Naina take Krish to an orphanage to meet children.

One month later:

One month had been hell for Myra and Keshav being away from each other. Keshav visited on all weekends and they spent the time together yet they missed each other very much. Their calls prolonged till the morning some days and other days they slept with their video call on only to wake up looking at each other in the morning. Keshav sent flowers to Myra and she made sure to make the weekends special for Keshav.

Right now Myra was on her monthly time and her mind was chaos with the pain and without Keshav. She stayed in the room and denied to eat. Naina took over to look after the academy and Myra was asleep when her mobile started ringing. She answered the call and Keshav saw her face was so dull and in pain.

Keshav: Did you get your periods this morning butterfly ?

Myra: hmmmm

Keshav: Did you have food ?

Myra shook her head and closed her eyes and opened smiling at him.

Myra: I m good Ketchup, you have a meeting scheduled, go take care of it and call me once you are done.

Keshav: I will call you little one.

Myra smiled and Keshav cut the call. She curled pulling her knees to her abdomen and closed her eyes trying to sleep. An hour later the door opened and Archana entered holding a package.

Archana: Myu, Keshav has sent a package for you. Check this and I will get you hot water pack in the meanwhile.

Myra opened the package and saw chocolates, fruits, macrons and her favourite apple pie. She smiled and touched the contents of the package whilst her mobile started ringing at the same time. She saw Keshav on a video call and answered it immediately.

Myra: Ketchup, weren't you suppose to be in the meeting now ?

Keshav: I called for a break for 10 minutes. Now be a good girl and finish of the pie, a chocolate and there is juice pack too. Complete all these and I will go back to resume the meeting.

Myra: I will eat, now you go take care of your work please.

Keshav: Please Myra, I won't be at peace knowing you are in pain and starving.

Myra quickly finished half of the pie and the watermelon juice and looked at Keshav stuffing a piece of chocolate in her mouth.

Myra: I m done, now go back to your meeting. 

Keshav: I love you little one.

He cut the call and resumed with his meeting. Archana entered the room and gave the hot water pack to Myra and waited until she fell asleep.

At 8 in the night, Keshav called Myra and saw her in bed already.

Keshav: You are early to bed. Are you ok, do you feel better or does it hurts still ?

Myra: Just feeling tired and pain but I will be fine in the morning. I slept the whole day so planned to binge watch some series until you wind up your work and call me for night talk.

Keshav: Ok, its 7.30 now. I have a sudden meeting scheduled and I will be busy. I will call you when I m done with the meeting. If you are awake then answer my call else I will call you in the morning. Will that be ok little one ?

Myra: No problem Ketchup. Have dinner before you start the meeting.

Keshav hummed and Myra cut the call. She switched on the TV and chose a Korean series and placed the chocolate box on her lap and water bottle beside her. She was watching the clock and her mobile every now and then waiting for Keshav's call.
