We flung open the doors and we found Alma tied up to a chair and bunch of robots surrounding her. Weird I know. But back to the point. We saw the Mayor in the room. At first, he had this frustrated look on his face then he had one good look at us and smiled. Just wait and see how his smile disappears when we kill him. Zoey lunged towards the mayor with her gun but then a robot appears out of nowhere right in between of Zoey and the Mayor and pushes her to the other side where Alma and the other robots were. Alma looked with regretful eyes at Zoey and then back at me.

She had hope in me. I walked forwards and a robot slowly moved towards the Mayor too as if he was getting ready for an attack to happen. I stand still as soon as there is not much but a little distance both of us. I have tondo this smartly. I have a robot who would is ready for any attack and probably many other robots who are ready too if the robot beside the Mayor fails. So I do what my brain could think of in a second. I pulled out my gun and point it at the Mayor and then in a flash, I change my gun's direction to the robot and without a thought I kill it.

"Well then there you have it folks. Now hand over Alma and I'll hand over myself."I said.

I took a look at everyone's faces. Alma was shaking her head frantically and Zoey seemed to be looking at me like I am a crazy person. The robots are preparing themselves for an attack and as I see that, I do that too. But the Mayor raises his hand to the robots and signalling them to stop. Their stiffened shoulders seemed to realxed a bit and the Mayor was still smiling. I took this as my chance and shot at a robot who was closest to Alma.

That caused a full out brawl. The Mayor backed away and the robots lunged themselves at me and the others. They quickly picked up the fight and started fighting and it was easy getting them down. But there was one thing you could never deny. They never stopped coming.

"So, they Mayor is running away. Guess money does comes with selfishness." I said loudly form where I was standing. Though you could barely hear me. The gunshots were loud although I heard a crash far away form the corner of the room or something and di went over there.

The whole room was a dusty ass basement and full of spider nd their webs which were going to come down soon because of this chaos. I finally spot the Mayor who was walking cautiously towards a grey door like the one at the entrance and just as he sees me he speeds up but I spook him but shooting a bullet right next to him. The plan success and he falls down to the dusty floor. I move forward and make him face me.

"You wanted me right. Here! Have me!" I said.

I should have known better although. The robots caught me and pinned me down again. And like last time, I was unable to move and the Mayor escaped again. I kicked around this time I was careful although. I wasn't going to be dumb and waste my energy. I carefully aimed at the robots pinning me down and get one of them off me. The robot was pushed away and I used free hand to push off the robot pinning down by locked arm before he could even react.

I jump up and away form the robot who was previously pinning me down and then a bullet flys beside me and I get my guard up again. I turned around and see a robot holding my gun. I go to him and get into a combat fight with him and another robots lands behind him and joins the fight. It was a one versus two and I used one hand each to push them down. My leg was used too sometimes. I was loosing energy though and I had to think fast. I had no idea where Alma or the others were so I had no chance of getting help. But I could still hear the gunshots in a distance so they were definitely too busy to check up on me or help me.

I was going to give up when I suddenly see a flash of yellow in front of my eyes and brown hairs punching the robot to the ground. The robot falls to the ground with a thud and I quickly took on the other robots with a punch and I turned around to see my saviour. Collin hugs me and he stays like that for a while. I was tired and I had no energy to even walk or talk. Collin didn't leave and neither did I. And then it comes back to me that I lost my gun.
