Gasmask admired the boy's fighting skills. He had overheard the bigger kid calling him "Von". "What a weird name," Gasmask thought to himself. Gasmask has been following Von ever since Von was at the gas station with his friends from school. He wanted to watch Von and see what exactly to expect when he shows himself. But then Von bumped into a big kid, and then a girl, and now they're on their way to Kahn's. Gasmask knew Kahn. He surveyed and scouted Kahn's base multiple times. It's interesting the way everyone is getting pushed together. Gasmask had to get ready. He was going to show himself soon. Maybe then he could tell Von that one of his friends also made it out of the gas station and ran the complete opposite direction. Gasmask has noticed a lot. Like the gigantic swarm of sickos approaching the whole group from behind. Was he going to alert them? Or just see who survives when they get attacked? He wasn't risking Von dying. He had to warn them.
