"Soo we goin to the party tomorrow right" I asked the girls as we walked down the hall
"Of courseee" Hope smiled
"Yea I gotta find a outfit tho." Faith said
We all looked over at Namari who had her head down. I guess she felt us staring at her because she looked up at us and mugged
"What yall staring at me fa?" She jerked her head back
"Are you goin to the partyy?" Faith asked
"Ohh yea no no. My parents do not play that I'll be home in my bed" She said biting her nail
"Just say you going to Lani house they definitely gon believe you." Hope looked at her
"Uhhhh, I'll think about it" She looked back down
"Ok, I'll see yall at lunch" I said walking into my math class
"Alright bye" Faith walked off

And Mari just waved going across the hall into her math class. I went inside mines sitting down next to Jameir
"Hey hey" I smiled
"Why you look so happy it's to early fa that" He mugged
"Boy you are such a party pooper" I rolled my eyes
"You goin to the party right" He asked
"Yea, but we gotta get Mari out the house too." I put my head down
"What you mean?" He questioned
"Her parents is strict so you know she gon have to lie or sumn" I explained
"She should just say yall having a sleepover, which would most likely happen anyway" He said
"Yeah, actually that's smart" I pointed at him
"Mmtch look who you talking to" He popped the collar of his shirt
"Oh shut up" I opened my notebook
"But ion get to come over then." He looked at me
"Yea, I mean we see each other every day you'll be good without one weekend" I wrote down some notes
"You can't make no excuse or sumn" He put his head down
"Boy, you are ok." I laughed
Me and Meir been talking since like 10th grade and I'm actually surprised no one knew. But I liked it that way, we decided that we were going to pop out when graduation comes which isn't that far away. I dead hate not showing our affection in public
