𝓝𝓪𝓶𝓪𝓻𝓲 𝓐𝔃𝓪𝓻 𝓜𝓲𝓽𝓬𝓱𝓮𝓵𝓵
𝓕𝓻𝓲𝓭𝓪𝔂 𝓕𝓮𝓫𝓻𝓾𝓪𝓻𝔂 📍𝓢𝓮𝓿 𝓱𝓸𝓾𝓼𝓮
It was officially Valentines and I was stuck with a couple new bruises. Sevyn was out doing God knows what and I was stuck here cleaning up blood and stuff. I wiped down the bathroom counter and took the sheets off of the bed
I headed downstairs to the laundry room and placed them into the washer and put some Tide up there. Then I went into the downstairs bathroom getting some peroxide and alcohol to clean myself up.
Afterwards I just sat on the couch and watched some tv. Then I heard a knock at the door, and giggling. I looked on the little tablet thingy for the camera and it was Kehlani, Hope, Faith, and some other girl.
I pressed down on the mic button so they could hear me.
"Heyy yall" I tried my best to sound happy
"Heyyy Mari, come open this door." Faith put her face in the camera
"No, no just leave everything right there" I said noticing they had a big bouquet of flowers and some chocolate from Edible arrangements
"Nooo, open the door." Kehlani said
I huff and put on some sunglasses, I made my way to the door and opened it up for them. They all greeted me with a hug, except for the other girl. She chucked her head up and I did the same.
"This is Jaylaa" Hope dragged out
"Hi" I waved
"They like talking right now" Faith said
"Ohh ok" I nodded my head
"Mhm, why you got on some damn glasses" Lani looked at me
"It's bright" I lied
"So turn the lights off" Faith shifted her weight to one leg
"Then it's gon be too dark" I made up and excuse
"Take those off I haven't seen your face in like three weeks" Lani said
I looked down and took off my glasses, then looked back at them. All of them gasped and I had the urge to cry
"Mari, did you get jumped and ain't tell us" Hope asked
"No." I lowly said
"Tuh, don't tell me" Kehlani pulled out her phone
"Is Sevyn hitting you Mari?" Faith moved closer to me.
I nodded and let my tears flow out. I needed that. Faith came over and just hugged my body, then I felt another body on mine and I actually felt safe than I have in the past three weeks.
