How they got married:

Money: *gets down on one knee with a ring box holding the most expensive ring to ever exist in any universe or world* Cale,... will you marry me?

Cale: How much?

Money: Up to you.

Cale: 9 Quintillion.

Money: Okay!!! Drop it off at your family's treasury I'm presuming?

Cale: Yeah.

In the Henituse estate...

Accountant: *goes to treasury to do routine checks* i believe there was... 646?Billion last time...Yeah it was. *opens treasury door*

Treasury: *A LOT of coins just spill out flooding everywhere*

Accountant: AHHHHH!! { why are there so many coins?!? There was most definitely not THIS MUCH. it has to be at least a quadrillion!}

The whole estate got flooded they had to rescue people from it it eventually all got counted and everyone was shocked and confused due to the sheer amount and how it miraculously appeared and Cale was just acting like he had no clue. The news did spread everywhere. And the whole world is confused.
Thennnnn...

Money: *sending a divine revelation* It was me. I spawned all that money.

M Priest: Huh? {does this mean the Henituses are blessed by the God of Money??} My lord, may i know why?

Money: Wellllll, it's because me and Ca- Actually I shouldn't say that or the God of Death would probably beat me up...

M Priest: Huh? Why would he beat you up my lord???

Money: I've already said too much. Anymore and he'd find out...

M Priest: Uhm, I'll go inform the church on what you told me, my lord.

Money: leave out the last thing i said.

M Priest: Which bit?

M Priest: Yes my lord

So the priest goes to tell church many are shocked due to their God favouring the Henituses but more are confused on why their lord is afraid of the God of Death finding out.
News spreads quickly, it gets to the church of Death and some of the priests decide to ask their god why Money is so afraid of him...

D Priest: My lord, there has been rumours going around lately surrounding the God of Money.

Death: Huh? Do tell.

D priest: well the Henituse family suddenly gained a lot of money and it was revealed that it was the God of Money's doing. When asked why he said ahem "Wellllll, it's because me and- Actually I shouldn't say that or the God of Death would probably beat me up..." do you know what they mean?

Death: Did he say anything else?

D priest: Yes, he said "I've already said too much. Anymore and he'd find out..." oh and allegedly "leave out the last thing i said." After that "The "Ca-""

Death: WHAT?!

D priest: uh-

Death: THAT ABSOLUTE BASTARD!

D priest: M-my lord what does it mean?

And then the God of Death then goes to interrogate (torture until information is given) the God of Money.
The news of the God of Death finding out and immediately becoming outraged spread around like wild fire.
Money did manage to get out of the grasp of Death without any relevant being leaked until about 3? Months after wedding. Death found out and then [Cale marry Money (1)] ensues
