Chapter 87: Kingdom Go

Jay walks around the room, his eyes glancing everywhere, and he places his gaze on what looks like an arcade game, a smile spread on his face as he exclaims "Oh, look, a pinball machine! Ah, it may not be a video game, but it's the next best thing," He then started playing with it "And it works!" He added. On the other hand, Zane and the others observe the stuffed animals. "Strange place to meet this Master Writer," He said and placed a stuffed toy down.

Cole nodded his head as he spoke, "Yeah, I expected the place to be neatly arranged and not have any distractions. Looks to me like they just shoved them all up here." Kai turned back to the door and asked, "Did Anna come with us? 'cause, she isn't here," Zane responded with "Fenwick wanted to show her something," He was able to hear the small conversation, Fenwick and Anna had before they left. "Right," Kai trailed off. Jay then jumped in happiness "Yeah!" He laughs. Cole narrowed his eyes as he said "Hey, leave that stuff alone. We want to make a good first impression," However, Jay ignored him and kept playing "Oh, just one game. Whoever had this high score is going down,"

Zane steps back as a distant sound echo's through the room "That machine sounds strange," he said. Jay loses the game and groans, "Aw man," He stops playing the game, but the sound won't stop. "Oh, that's not the machine!" he shouted. Kai's brow raised "Then what is it?" his mouth fell open as a creature creeps out of the door and roars at them "Holy-" 

Meanwhile, a young, noble writer sees the ink turning red on a scroll, he gasps, the scroll was one of the ninja, As fast as he can, he ran to Fenwick who was standing at the gates. "Master Writer! Master Writer! It's the ninja! They're in terrible trouble!"

Fenwick's lips curls into a grin, "Of course they are," he said, the young man whimpers as he sees, Morro, the Soul archer and Bansha "Do not be shy," Fenwick said calmly "Our new guests and I have made a mutual arrangement. My destiny is secure. I am afraid the ninja's are not," The man narrowed his eyes as his brow furrows "Where did you send the ninja?" He questions, but it sounded more of a demand. "I locked them away with Nimbus," Fenwick admitted. "I am sure Nimbus will love his new playthings," Morro then gave a half smile as he demanded "Now show me to the Sword of Sanctuary,"

"Hello! is anybody out there?" Anna called out "Other than slimy, evil, destructive hateful heinous hideous bookworms," She whined.

She wiggled her body like a worm, hoping to fall out of the cocoon. Air ripped itself out of her lungs when she suddenly hit the ground "Ow!" she cried, She tilts her head to listen to what's happening outside, she could hear the worm's shooting more webs. "Wah-" Anna gave a cry as she was flung to the wall, "Don't be a baby and get yourself out of there," She heard a familiar voice say.

"I have to get out of here," Anna said to herself, she made a small dagger in her hand and cut the cocoon open, The corner of her mouth lifted as she saw Sukina blasted away some worms, "Don't just stand there, give me a hand," Sukina  uttered, Anna makes a magic shield as worms try to blast webs on her. "Okay, I know you've been stalking me, but how did you make all the way to cloud kingdom?" Anna questioned, "I have my ways," Sukina responded, "Can I know your ways?" Anna inquired, she ducks before the bookworms shot their webs at her. "I'll tell you if you tell me the plan," 

"What plan?" Anna asked and Sukina pauses, "You're saying you don't have a plan? You've been sitting your lazy ass in that cocoon and haven't though of a plan?!" She exclaimed, "Well, yes,"  Anna grabs one the worms and throws it to the shelve, "Ugh, I should've knowed Fenwick was up to no good," Anna mumbled. Sukina grabs one of the worm's that's sticking on her shoulder "I've had, just about enough of these things," She lets out black flame but Anna puts it out "What was that for?" Sukina hissed, her mouth twitches "Keep in mind, there many scrolls here, scrolls that are easy flammable,"
