It took an hour for the bounty to reach the mountain, With the cold temperature, a bit of ice was forming on the bounty. Jay shivers "It's getting really cold," he said through grinned teeth. "Freezing if you ask me," Kai added, "Well, it's tallest mountain in Ninjago, so it was expected to be cold," Said Anna.
After a few minutes, Nya strolled up to them "We need down below, I have something you might wanna see," She said "We're coming." Kai called out as they followed her. "Without your mechs, you'll never be able to survive the extreme conditions on your own. I've also installed headsets into your hoods for easy communication. Try it out,"
The ninja put on protective clothing that will stop the cold from freezing them, Anna crawled into her mech and holds the handles "This is pretty cool," she remarks
Jay clears his throat and gazes toward Zane "Tell me Zane, How tall is this mountain?" he asked, with a grin.
"The precise elevation of the Wailing Alps be well over Fifteen Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty meters which is Nine point eight four eight seven miles,"
Cole rolled his eyes and Jay snickers. "Zane's so much cooler," he laughed
Ronin goes up to them "Remember, once you get to the peak, you'll only have one shot to shoot the Blind Man's Eye. Don't miss,"
"Good, 'cause we're not planning on," Anna uttered, as Jay said "That's Kinda bold coming from you, since well, you're the only one who could touch that flag, "Informed. "Jay, You ripped it off," Kai pointed out. "Well, hehe,"
Cole sighs and shakes his head "I don't know, guys, you had time to practice. Maybe I should sit this one out,"
"Don't even think about it," Kai huffed 'You may be a Ghost, but you're still part of the team,"
Anna nodded her head "And without you, we wouldn't have even gotten the first clue and we wouldn't even be here,"
"So what are you gonna do, Cole? Are you in, or out?" Nya asked,
Cole took a while to think until he finally said "Open the hangar doors,"
"Opening hangar doors!" Ronin, flipped a switch and opened the door below them, Jay giggles a bit "Haha. Is anyone else getting a tingling feeling?:
"Yeah," Kai nodded "Frostbite,"
"Drop 'em!" Nya press a green button which unhooks the mechs and the ninja jump down "Ninja, snow!" Jay cheered, they manage to land their Mech without falling over, except for Cole, who came face-first. "Cole, are you okay?" he asked.
Cole groans as he gets up "Gotta work on that landing. Hey, you sure you want me along? I can hardly control my new body, let alone this piece of metal,"
Jay nodded "Hey, we all have our bad days. We'll pick you up so next time you can return the favor,"
"Jay be right. The only way we're gettin' up ye mountain is if we be a hardy crew," Zane added.
"This isn't about who's a ninja, a Nindroid, or even a ghost. Above all else, we're siblings," Said Anna "And as iron sharpens iron, siblings sharpens siblings,"
Cole nodded and got up "All right, brothers. Let's do this,"
"The Blind Man's Eye will be passing the peak in T-minus four hours." Nya informed them.
"Good, then if there isn't any trouble, they should be able to get there in time," Said Wu
Leaning on the railing, Ronin asked "Just out of curiosity, why is it they call it the Wailing Alps?"
"Because when the unnaturally strong wind gusts blow through the canyons, it creates a wailing sound. They say some gusts are strong enough to blow someone clear off the face of the mountain," Misako responded.
