Preparation

After a few more hours, Blaize finally woke up, and Aileen and I were still scrolling on our phones trying to make sense of everything that had happened.

"Oh, hello there, you finally woke up. I take it that you two have become acquainted now" Blaize said and began to stand up.

"Yes, we have actually, my name is Aileen and I take it your name is Blaize as I have heard from Iris here," Aileen said with a smile as she extended her hand out for a handshake from Blaize. Blaize walks over to shake her hand and takes a seat on the other end of the bed. "Nice to meet you, I'm really glad you're not dead. You probably explained the whole story to Iris already so just give me the rough rundown of your side of things."

"Me and my boyfriend got separated by the Officers after they caught us kissing, I have no idea whether or not he is alive," Aileen said with a frown. Blaize pat her shoulder to reassure her then smiled. "Hey, don't be sad, I think we will find him, Me and Iris will do whatever we can to hunt him down okay?"

Aileen smiled and nodded her head. "Y'all have both been so sweet to me, I'll bake y'all some desserts when all this madness is over, y'all ever had fresh apple pie with some homemade ice cream?" As soon as she said that Blaize and I both had the same expression on our faces longing for the sweet treat she just described before snapping out of it "That sounds so good, we are looking forward to it right Red?" I said to Blaize as he nodded his head like a child in a candy store.

"So, before we go out however I think we may have to disguise you since the guards may recognize you and assume you're trying to look for your boyfriend, Blaize do you have any face wash she can wash her makeup off with?" I ask him and he nods standing up, but Aileen shakes her head.

"Me without makeup? No can do buckaroo, that's asking for Halloween to come around early with the way I look" She says in sync me and Blaize look at her with an odd expression and she looks at us and puts her hands up "Not guilty your honor" she says nervously.

"Maam you are stunning, makeup just adds to the beauty you already have, and you want to find your boyfriend, right? We can't find him if the Officers kidnap you this time or separate all of us due to being associated with you."

Aileen smiles and blushes a bit "Oh stop it you" She says batting her eyelashes "But okay you're right, I'll wash away my enhancements" She stands up and Blaize leads her to his bathroom to wash her face. After a few minutes, they both come back out and Aileen walks out behind Blaize with a towel drying her face off and she sighs in relief "You know I normally wear makeup from the time I get up and get ready to right before I hit my bed so it's nice to take the day to not have to feel like I need it" She folded the towel up and set it on the dresser nearby.

"It's like I said before, you don't even need a lick of makeup, you look stunning. Are we ready to head out?" I ask and Aileen and Blaize both nod then Blaize's expression looks like a lightbulb just lit up "Oh hang on" He runs to his bedroom, and you hear the sound of some rustling before he comes back with a Snapback hat." Here put this on." He says holding the hat out to Aileen, she takes the hat from him and places it on her head. "Is this to top off my disguise?" She says looking in the mirror on the dresser. "Pretty much, better safe than sorry, alright now I'm ready to go," Blaize said grabbing his things.

I picked up my backpack and walked to the front door "Back into the unknown we go."
