Chapter 12 Dreams

Sakura looks at Syaoran and gets up from the table. She hugs Tomoyo and Eriol and waves goodbye. She walks down to the exit. Kei is looking at Sakura's back and is filled with embarrassment. He can't believe he showed Sakura this side, how was he going to face her tomorrow. He just hopes he won't feel as bad as he does now.

Tomoyo looks at Eriol and smiles at him. "I think our plan is set in action now, don't you think so?" Tomoyo said to Eriol.

Eriol chuckles, "Let us wait and see. He is only here for a week." he responded.

"One week, is more than enough." Tomoyo said with her eyes flashing excitement. She just wants Sakura to find someone and be happy.

"Let's go find our good old friend, Kei." Eriol said, walking towards the restroom.

Sakura walks with Syaoran to his car. The weather was very breezy and snowy. The snow is falling around them and Sakura runs up in the middle of the parking lot and twirls. Syaoran looks at her in amazement. She was always so happy and carefree. He had forgotten what it was like to be happy and carefree. He stands there just observing her. Sakura turns and looks at him. She extends her hands out to catch the snow from falling. Sakura smiles up at the sky and turns to Syaoran, "Let's go."

Sakura was mesmerising him. He seemed to be rendered speechless. Sakura waves her hand in front of him. Syaoran extends his hands like Sakura and smiles.

They enter the car and Sakura sits down. Syaoran comes over and seatbelts Sakura in. He breathes in her scent. He likes the smell of her. It was a natural smell.

Sakura blushes and could smell Syaoran's masculine smell. She felt her heart beating really fast. A strand of her hair fell across her face. Syaoran reaches out and brushes away from her face. He looks at her for a moment and Sakura turns her gaze elsewhere. Syaoran broke away from his trance and cleared his throat.

Sakura looks at her window as they pass by buildings. Sakura was more interested in the buildings than looking at Syaoran.

Syaoran looks at Sakura for a moment. He did not know what took hold of him. But he likes observing her and making her angry. She was like a spitfire when she was angry. He said, "Kinomoto."

Sakura responds, "Yes."

"What time should I pick you up tomorrow?" Syaoran said as he turned to the next street.

Sakura turns and looks at him with a confused look. Syaoran says, "Remember you promise to take me around, I'm looking forward to tomorrow."

Sakura turns to face the window and hits her mouth as she remembers the promise she had made with him. She wrinkles her nose in distress.

"If you keep doing that the wrinkles will stay on your face." Syaoran added.

Sakura snaps back and looks at him. "Hehe." she laughs nervously.

Syaoran pulls up next to the park.

"Why did we stop at the park?" Sakura asked.

Syaoran turns and looks at Sakura. He nods his head that they should go out. He gets out of the car and opens her door. He takes her to the snow. Sakura runs to the snow and throws it around her.

"Do you know how to make a snowman?" she asked.

Syaoran responds, "Of course!"

"I suddenly have the urge to make one," Sakura said. She starts to roll some snow around into a ball. Syaoran looks at her in disbelief and smiles at her. He hadn't made a snowman since he was younger, when he was with her.
