Chapter 16 Orphanage

Syaoran stops in his tracks and runs towards Sakura. He flinched at Sakura standing by Hua.

Sakura looks nervously at Hua and asks, "Hua, are you okay?" Sakura bends down to help Hua.

Hua looks at Sakura pitifully and says, "Sakura, I'm sorry that you pushed me. Could you please just tell me if I am in your way." she starts to tear up.

Touya observes this girl who just came in. He saw her smirking before crying. Touya knew this girl was conniving and he didn't hesitate to put her in her place.

"If you're going to pretend to cry. I would prefer you to leave my house." Touya retorts. Hua looks up at Touya and continues to cry. She thought, who was this guy? "I am sorry sir."

Touya rolls his eyes. He starts to peer down at her harshly, "You can't blame my sister for your fall. If you wanted to fall, I would gladly help push you." He said as he inch closer to her. Hua backs up and looks at Syaoran for help.

Syaoran looks away and looks at his watch. He sees that Sakura's brother was protecting her. "We should get going now, Meiling." Syaoran walks away with Meiling trailing behind him. He pauses a moment and continues to walk away.

"Syaoran!" Hua yells. She walks after him, but Touya grabs her wrist. Hua looked bewildered and tried to twist her head free from Touya.

"If you want to get his attention, you best work on your acting skills." Touya said. He pulls her outside and throws her jacket, "You're not welcome here. Don't let me see you near my sister again." Touya was angry that someone invited this girl to his home.

Hua was about to say something but she saw the door slam in her face. She was speechless. No one had ever treated her this way before. Hua gave a hard glare at their door and turned away harshly.

Sakura glared at her brother. "Touya, that was very rude. You shouldn't have done that."

Touya looks at his sister and pats her head. He knows what kind of girl this was and wanted her to know that he will always protect her. Even with conniving girls like Hua. Tomoyo comes and holds Sakura's hand. "Sakura, we know you didn't push her. You are too kind to be that kind of person."

Sakura sighs. "I don't know why she thought I pushed her." Sakura turns to look at everyone.

Kei was embarrassed that he had invited Hua and made a scene. He has known Hua a while but he did not know she was so conniving until now. "I'm so sorry Sakura. If I had known she was going to be like this, I wouldn't have invited her." Kei said, looking embarrassed. He scratches his head and looks away.

Sakura turns to look at Kei, "Kei, do not worry about it. I feel bad that she fell down and I just wanted to make sure she was okay." Sakura said worriedly. She felt terrible that her brother threw her out.

"Sakura, don't worry about her. She doesn't know any better. You are going to be late to help the kids at the orphanage." Tomoyo said. Tomoyo's eyes flashed with anger.

"Sak-" Kei started. He was pulled away from Sakura. He looked at who had pulled him away.

"Kei, I had a question for you." Eriol interrupted and pulled Kei away from Sakura.

Sakura looks at them suspiciously. She looks at her watch and turns to get her coat. Sakura smiles at everyone and says goodbye. She shuts the door.

Kei turns to Eriol and says, "Why did you interrupt me?" Kei was irritated by Eriol. He had stopped him from asking Sakura which orphanage she was going to. He didn't know where she was going.
