Turned out the Tankhun guy was not as superficial as he thought. The omega was a bit eccentric, yes, - and seemed to be a TV addict if one asked his opinion- but he had not made another rude comment. In fact, he had been pretty kind to him during the whole day, complimenting Porsche every now and then on his looks and qualities as a big brother that he was himself, according to him, lacking.

Together with Porchay, they had spent the morning at the spa, where Porsche had been groomed like a dog: massage, sauna, exfoliation, manicure and whatever else Tankhun suggested him to try. When he got out, Porsche had never felt so cleaned in his life.
After that, Kim joined them for lunch with their cousins and they proceeded with the last fitting before the wedding, and rehearsal of the ceremony.

By diner time, Porsche was exhausted. The spa took more of his energy than he thought for an activity that was supposed to be relaxing, and Porchay had made them repeat their walk to the altar at least thirty times. So when the group headed for the hotel restaurant, Porsche called it a night and went straight back to his room to take a nap. He opened his eyes three hours later, woken up by the hunger. As it was past 10 pm he had to explore the surroundings in search for some street food. Fortunately, the area was pretty touristic, and it didn't take him too long to appease his hunger. The food was good and pretty cheap, so Porsche was in a good mood. He decided to walk back by the beach that he knew was facing the hotel. Although the horizon was too dark to see anything, he enjoyed listening to the waves crashing on the sand.
Porsche realized he had never felt so... calm in his life. It was also the first Friday night he had not been working since his uncle left them when he was 15. It was a strange feeling too. He wondered if that was what usual people felt when they had no worries about money.

But as he got closer to the patio of the hotel, feeling unexpectedly melancholic, his attention got captured by a lone silhouette. The beach bar of the hotel was long closed, but it was still lit by white garlands. The tall man seemed to be drinking something, sat by the empty counter. It didn't take him long to recognize who it was... Kinn.

He took a long breath at the realization. He hadn't seen him once since his arrival, as a matter of fact, he hadn't seen him once since the bathroom incident that had haunted his nights for the past weeks...
The man was still dressed in a suit, even if it looked more casual, it still contrasted with the plain blue pair of shorts, white t-shirt and flip flops he was wearing.

But, because the bar was on the way to the entrance of the building, Porsche figured he might as well greet him. He'd have to at some point anyway.

So he quickly took out the little box he had carried with him the whole day in his pocket, to put some cream around his nose, gathered his courage, and moved forward.

Something was strangely buzzing inside of him.

"Hi", his cheerful salutation suddenly breaking the peaceful silent.

When Kinn's head turned to face him, Porsche was suddenly struck by his beauty. He had forgotten how good-looking the man was. He kind of looked like... Snow White if he were a man? Well, if an alpha could be compared to a Disney princess... With his glowing white skin, red lips, raven hair and prince charming style, the alpha probably collected omegas when he was single. Lucky guy, he thought.

"Hi", he answered back with a monotone voice, dark eyes and no trace of a smile on his face. He didn't seem to be in a good mood. "I... I just came back from a walk on the beach".

"OK"

"Your hotel is very beautiful."

He nodded.

What an awkward situation. Porsche didn't know what else to talk about, he thought he should probably go. But when he was about to wish him goodbye, Kinn interrupted him.
